Showed up and was given a car that previously had a broken window. There was broken glass stuck in the vents and small pieces of glass on the ground. The window was also missing the wind guard which made the 8 hour drive very loud. Although they offered for us to change a car over once we arrived at our location, it is a shame that they allowed the car to be driven in the state it was in.

I have rented from many car rental companies, across various countries, and this branch happens to be the worst! I do not mind using EuropCar in general, however at this branch I was really annoyed at a couple of things. Firstly, the lady who was doing my check-in at the desk, kept on answering calls in between speaking to me. She hardly showed any interest and was generally very blunt. Secondly, the other lady who signed off the car to me in the car park, did NOT insert the largest damage on the car, in the form. I was told later on at another branch, that the damage at the back of the car was not added! I was furious because she added all the minor dents/damage correctly, but did not add the worst one! I find that suspicious and extremely unprofessional. The car was good and drove great! Me and my partner loved driving around Spain!

This location was kind enough to help me change my return location even though I had not rented from there and was not returning the car there (it was the closest location in the middle of our road trip). They were so kind, helpful and patient even though I am able to speak very little Spanish. And kudos to Europcar overall because the change did not cost me any extra! Great experience.

Clean car, but the pick up process was slow due one staff member and several waiting customers. Also at the time of booking no mention was made of the EUR300 deposit required. Return process was quick and efficient.

Im not sure what review to leave them. I had some really good experience in the past, then I had some really bad experience recently. Pricewise - they are good. Car cleanness- sometimes they fail, but it's fine. Service at the desk - sometime they are slow due to a lot of people coming to rent a car without a reservation. That's a fun thing, last year at Valencia's airport they really insisted on me taking the full insurance for the car and they kind of convinced me. I took the car in the night so I didn't see much of it. The next day I noticed a small defect on the windshield. After I returned the car, they said it was my fault and I broke it. Fortunately I had a full insurance, so I didn't have to pay for it. I really believe they already had this issue with the car and they wanted to put it in some customer. So if you rent a car, do it with full insurance and be careful with them.

We had a horrible experience with a rental from Europcar. We returned a car that was given to us and overheated. They did not take any responsibility for the fact that the car was given to us without antifreeze liquid! Then they replaced it with a car that did not have a full tank and when we complained they blamed us to be scammers and we had a screenshot and raised it up to 24h after we got the car. We will never use this company again.

We had a reservation for 11 am. As we had no problems with the flight, we arrived earlier than expected. We went straight to the rental company and first were informed that the car we booked was not ready. A little later we got the info that our car category was not available and that the old lessor still had to return it and that we should wait. OK. After 1 hour of waiting we asked again and the excuse was that they could not release the car before 11:00 am. Finally they gave us the car, it wouldn't start, battery problems. And the delivery boy informed us that the car was already there since 5 days ago. In the end, it was not us who lost. I found it a total disrespect and lack of professionalism. Last time we rented a car with them.
