My name is Sergiu Reservation number is 1782818199 Please understand my situation i reserved the car in date of 30 August and to pick up at the same day Once I arrived at the office in castelon the guy from there said sorry is no car for me my plan wit the car was from that day to travel to spain yes he ruined my holiday my plan ok so ... once he said no car i said ok so what we do because I paid and i need car to travel and i give him ideas of valencia to check if have there i go there with taxi on my own cost only to colect car And said no today And he said come tomorrow here and we wil give car Ok so I accepted to change date of pick up 31 And i come next day diferent worker said omg we don't have car :(( can you guys understand the frustration and 2 day losed from my holiday And this guy said ok I talked to valencia office and please go there they have many cars they give you are waiting for you. And I decided to go fast there by taxy 90 euros paid and arrived at the valencia officer the very ruth with me she was really screaming to me why i come there because are not having car and who send to them because they didn't expect me there and they can't help me Said sorry can you believe this people are not professional at all they disrespect your company and your customers They break my 2 days of holiday i lost time and money Please understand the office from castelon i called all this days to refund my money the not answer at allll this people they need to get out from the position please i will attach messages on whtup wit them and sane no answer I need money for the competition of the days lost in Casteleon because of them Pay just the trasport all ower 197EUR just to resolve with car and no car given Please to all customers be aware this offices are badly for turist

this is the worst service. I booked a car on July 17. On July 27, an hour before the appointed time, I received a refusal. They refused to return the money and stopped answering messages.

In first part of February 2024 I had a business trip in Spain Castellon area and decided to do my work more efficiently to rent a car , check it on Internet on a same day and choose for offer which I receives on phone ( 55eur / day with 200eur deposit ) this company, Enterprise Alquiler, where a very smart guy , ELOY V. , give me a very smart car , which I dropped off on the valencia airport 3 days later , I had a very good experience with them , especially with this guy , ELOY V.

Probably this office can be seen as a scam. Booked a car a few days in advance. Upon arrival, I was told that they did not like my driver's license. Although in the previous booking with Enterprise in Madrid, my driver's license did not raise any questions and everything went smooth. My arguments that I drive on this driver's license in different EU countries with no problems, that I have an EU residence permit did not reason with the manager. My request to show in the rental agreement a clause that the driver's license must be issued in an EU country was ignored in the form "these are our local rules." I conclude that the boy with shaking hands did not like my origin or me personally and he decided not to give me a car (hello discrimination! I don't even hope that the Enterprise will pay attention to this and sort out the situation). Or, as already mentioned here - the place of return was another city. As a result, I have -50 euros for a late check out in the apartments, -70 euros for a taxi to their office, -110 euros for a late cancellation. -support call costs. Half a day looking for another company and a bad mood for the rest of the vacation Luckily there was an American car rental company around with a yellow underline in its name and my family got to continue the journey.

Had a booking for 8 days made directly with Enterprise (with email confirmation and stuff). Upon arrival was told that they don't have a car and can't help (not that they tried). Moreover, they said that they don't have a car for next day or the one after. Some people got their cars after me, but the staff couldn't offer an eloquent explanation why I can't get one. A wild guess would be that I had a one way rental so they couldn't be bothered to pick it up from my drop off location. I'll never know the answer, but keep in mind that these guys will not care about you. They will not even bother to make a call in advance to let you know that there is an issue. Basically nothing guarantees you a car.

My experience with them was top-notch. In about 10 min tops they made all the paperwork and show me the car I booked. They put every scratch in the contract and explained to me about the renting process (I think her name was Jada - she spoke both Spanish and English which was a big plus for me because I speak very little Spanish). The car was cleaned according to the new covid standards right before I picked it up and it smelled like spring (think the guy who cleaned it his name was Tibi) I got the car on the 20th July with the full tank. Car worked perfect. I returned the car when I was supposed to. They returned the deposit back 2 days later just like they said they would. Certainly I will rent again with them. Highly recommend them.

The worst rental experience you can expect. We received the car with half tank. At the end of the trip we also left the car with half of the tank but they fined us for not filling the car with full tank and kept the difference from our deposit. Now we are trying to get the refund but it seems just impossible to get in touch with anyone from central office. Our requests are ignored. You should be ashamed for such low quality client service.

Incredible way to save 85 off my face. A fact that made me never rent anything from them again, after counting on them for many years. See, on top of that, I return it just as they explained to me on the day of collection, that I leave it a day before, which benefits them because they earn 1 day by being able to rent it out again and continue paying it off, on top of that, they tell me that they keep my money because the person who closed the contract did it improperly, and since it is already closed nothing can be done... In other words, the person who closed the contract, instead of being coherent and say:...I am going to check the opening and closing date of the contract, so as not to penalize the client, and since he returned it to us 1 day before, I put the closing date on the day after the return or I wait 1 one more day to close it... Well no, without any consideration they close it, whatever the date and then they tell you the story that the system detects a non-compliance and penalizes it... and what is even worse, not even They call you to tell you that they are holding you for X amount for If I realize it well, if not, much better. A ver, encima que la devuelvo tal y como ellos me explicaron el dia de la recogida, que se la dejo un dia antes, cosa que les beneficia porque ellos ganan 1 dia pudiendola poner en alquiler nuevamente y seguir amortizandola, encima de eso, me dice que se quedan con mi dinero porque la persona que cerro el contrato, lo hizo de forma inadecuada, y como ya esta cerrado no se puede hacer nada... O sea, que la persona que cerro el contrato, en lugar de ser coherente y decir:...voy a consultar la fecha de apertura y de cierre del contrato, para no penalizar al cliente, y como nos la ha devuelto 1 dia antes, pongo el cierre con fecha del dia posterior a la devolucion o me espero 1 dia mas a cerrarlo... Pues no, sin ningun miramiento lo cierra, sea cual sea la fecha y luego te cuentan la milonga de que el sistema detecta un incumplimiento y penaliza por ello... y lo que es peor todavia, ni te llaman para comunicarte que te retienen X importe por X motivo, ni aviso por email, ni nada, bien callados como ratas se quedaron con mi dinero. Si me doy cuenta bien, si no, mucho mejor. Mirad, si de un inicio en el momento de recoger la furgoneta, me explicais entre todas las demas condiciones, que si acabo antes, el sistema me penaliza, logicamente yo ya me encargo de alargarlo 1 dia mas y de que eso no me pase, pero no tuve esa suerte... mejor os callais, y luego cuando me llega la sorpresa, ya no hay nada que hacer por vuestra cara dura de gestion. Ya desde un comienzo el desastre se veia venir, porque para empezar no tenian preparada ni disponible la furgoneta que yo habia reservado, y ademas en el momento de hacer el pago, tuve que avisar al chico de que me estaba cobrando de mas, porque marco una casilla de forma incorrecta. A fin de cuentas, son errores que si en lugar de restar el dinero al cliente, se lo restaran a quien los comete, no harian las cosas tan de mala gana y con tanto pasotismo. Por tanto, muy mala coordinacion entre las 2 sucursales de Castellon, y que para nada, la solucion aportada tras el problema, compenso los 85 que hicieron desaparecer de mi cuenta por todo el morro.

IVE BEEN ROBBED!!! DONT LET THEM SCAM YOU!!! My entire experience was terrible with this company. I booked a van on a Thursday to pick up on Saturday at 9am. I made this reservation with my debit card. On Friday my wife took the precautions of calling them by phone to confirm the reservation and that we had the van, to which they responded affirmatively. On Saturday I arrived at the agreed time and the person at the counter told me that the van was not there, that he would make some calls. We already started badly, but hey, it can fail. They told him from the other branch that the van I reserved was not available but that they sent me another one just like it. It took 40 minutes to arrive. Once they arrive with the van and I go to pay the deposit (with the same Revolut debit card that I made the reservation with) he tells me that the company does not accept that card, to which I immediately offer him cash to complete the transaction, and he tells me that they dont receive cash either. The worst thing of all is that I tell him, okay, but I imagine that they are going to refund the money for the reservation. They tell me yes, that they have to send an email and that there would be no problem. To this day we call every day, and we have personally returned to ask for a refund, and they told us that it was our mistake for not reading the terms and conditions at the time of booking, which is not the case, because we did the same process again and there is no where it says that those cards are not accepted. Conclusion, we were scammed! 38 euros that we will not see again. DONT RUIN YOUR DAY! There are much more serious companies, in which they would not take these risks. I hope that my experience can help you prevent these evils.

Le dicen de la otra sucursal que la furgoneta que yo reserve no estaba disponible pero que me mandaban otra igual. Tardaron 40 minutos en llegar. Una vez que llegan con la furgoneta y voy a pagar la fianza (con la misma tarjeta de debito Revolut que hice la reserva) me dice que la empresa no acepta esa tarjeta, a lo que acto seguido, le ofrezco efectivo para finalizar la transaccion, y me dice que tampoco reciben efectivo. Lo peor de todo es que le digo, vale, pero me imagino que me van a devolver el dinero de la reserva. Me dicen que si, que tienen que enviar un mail y que no habria inconveniente. Al dia de hoy llamamos todos los dias, y hemos vuelto personalmente para pedir el reembolso, y nos dijeron que fue un error nuestro por no leer los terminos y condiciones al momento de la reserva, lo cual no es asi, porque hicimos el mismo proceso nuevamente y no existe en donde diga que no se aceptan esas tarjetas. Conclusion, nos estafaron! 38 euros que no volveremos a ver. NO SE ARRUINEN EL DIA! Hay empresas mucho mas serias, en las que no correrian estos riesgos. Espero que mi experiencia les pueda ayudar a prevenir estos males.

Shameful! Having reserved a medium-sized van a week in advance, the pick-up day arrived and they told me that since they dont have any they will give me a large one. We were assisted by a lady who in a very bad manner refused to give us the vehicle that we had reserved and paid for the day before... a week later I am still waiting for someone from customer service to contact me and give me my money back... I edit the review to inform that a month has passed since my complaint and they have not given me a response. I have called them up to three times and they always give the same answer: they will get back to you To those who respond to the reviews, I ask: when will you get in touch???. they dont give a damn about customer service. They have hundreds of complaints everywhere its a shame I didnt read them before booking with this disastrous company.
