My name is Sergiu Reservation number is 1782818199 Please understand my situation i reserved the car in date of 30 August and to pick up at the same day Once I arrived at the office in castelon the guy from there said sorry is no car for me my plan wit the car was from that day to travel to spain yes he ruined my holiday my plan ok so ... once he said no car i said ok so what we do because I paid and i need car to travel and i give him ideas of valencia to check if have there i go there with taxi on my own cost only to colect car And said no today And he said come tomorrow here and we wil give car Ok so I accepted to change date of pick up 31 And i come next day diferent worker said omg we don't have car :(( can you guys understand the frustration and 2 day losed from my holiday And this guy said ok I talked to valencia office and please go there they have many cars they give you are waiting for you. And I decided to go fast there by taxy 90 euros paid and arrived at the valencia officer the very ruth with me she was really screaming to me why i come there because are not having car and who send to them because they didn't expect me there and they can't help me Said sorry can you believe this people are not professional at all they disrespect your company and your customers They break my 2 days of holiday i lost time and money Please understand the office from castelon i called all this days to refund my money the not answer at allll this people they need to get out from the position please i will attach messages on whtup wit them and sane no answer I need money for the competition of the days lost in Casteleon because of them Pay just the trasport all ower 197EUR just to resolve with car and no car given Please to all customers be aware this offices are badly for turist
this is the worst service. I booked a car on July 17. On July 27, an hour before the appointed time, I received a refusal. They refused to return the money and stopped answering messages.
make sure you check twice with them, had a booking and when we arrived no cars were available....
In first part of February 2024 I had a business trip in Spain Castellon area and decided to do my work more efficiently to rent a car , check it on Internet on a same day and choose for offer which I receives on phone ( 55eur / day with 200eur deposit ) this company, Enterprise Alquiler, where a very smart guy , ELOY V. , give me a very smart car , which I dropped off on the valencia airport 3 days later , I had a very good experience with them , especially with this guy , ELOY V.
Probably this office can be seen as a scam. Booked a car a few days in advance. Upon arrival, I was told that they did not like my driver's license. Although in the previous booking with Enterprise in Madrid, my driver's license did not raise any questions and everything went smooth. My arguments that I drive on this driver's license in different EU countries with no problems, that I have an EU residence permit did not reason with the manager. My request to show in the rental agreement a clause that the driver's license must be issued in an EU country was ignored in the form "these are our local rules." I conclude that the boy with shaking hands did not like my origin or me personally and he decided not to give me a car (hello discrimination! I don't even hope that the Enterprise will pay attention to this and sort out the situation). Or, as already mentioned here - the place of return was another city. As a result, I have -50 euros for a late check out in the apartments, -70 euros for a taxi to their office, -110 euros for a late cancellation. -support call costs. Half a day looking for another company and a bad mood for the rest of the vacation Luckily there was an American car rental company around with a yellow underline in its name and my family got to continue the journey.
Had a booking for 8 days made directly with Enterprise (with email confirmation and stuff). Upon arrival was told that they don't have a car and can't help (not that they tried). Moreover, they said that they don't have a car for next day or the one after. Some people got their cars after me, but the staff couldn't offer an eloquent explanation why I can't get one. A wild guess would be that I had a one way rental so they couldn't be bothered to pick it up from my drop off location. I'll never know the answer, but keep in mind that these guys will not care about you. They will not even bother to make a call in advance to let you know that there is an issue. Basically nothing guarantees you a car.
My experience with them was top-notch. In about 10 min tops they made all the paperwork and show me the car I booked. They put every scratch in the contract and explained to me about the renting process (I think her name was Jada - she spoke both Spanish and English which was a big plus for me because I speak very little Spanish). The car was cleaned according to the new covid standards right before I picked it up and it smelled like spring (think the guy who cleaned it his name was Tibi) I got the car on the 20th July with the full tank. Car worked perfect. I returned the car when I was supposed to. They returned the deposit back 2 days later just like they said they would. Certainly I will rent again with them. Highly recommend them.
The worst rental experience you can expect. We received the car with half tank. At the end of the trip we also left the car with half of the tank but they fined us for not filling the car with full tank and kept the difference from our deposit. Now we are trying to get the refund but it seems just impossible to get in touch with anyone from central office. Our requests are ignored. You should be ashamed for such low quality client service.
