Increible forma de quitarme 85EUR por la cara. Hecho que consiguio que jamas vuelva a alquilarles nada, despues de estar contando con ellos desde hace muchos anos. A la hora de devolverme la fianza, vi que me habian reembolsado 85EUR menos de lo correspondiente, y cuando voy a preguntar a la oficina el porque, me dicen que es por haber devuelto la furgoneta 1 dia antes de lo debido... A ver, encima que la devuelvo tal y como ellos me explicaron el dia de la recogida, que se la dejo un dia antes, cosa que les beneficia porque ellos ganan 1 dia pudiendola poner en alquiler nuevamente y seguir amortizandola, encima de eso, me dice que se quedan con mi dinero porque la persona que cerro el contrato, lo hizo de forma inadecuada, y como ya esta cerrado no se puede hacer nada... O sea, que la persona que cerro el contrato, en lugar de ser coherente y decir:..."voy a consultar la fecha de apertura y de cierre del contrato, para no penalizar al cliente, y como nos la ha devuelto 1 dia antes, pongo el cierre con fecha del dia posterior a la devolucion o me espero 1 dia mas a cerrarlo..." Pues no, sin ningun miramiento lo cierra, sea cual sea la fecha y luego te cuentan la milonga de que el sistema detecta un incumplimiento y penaliza por ello... y lo que es peor todavia, ni te llaman para comunicarte que te retienen X importe por X motivo, ni aviso por email, ni nada, bien callados como ratas se quedaron con mi dinero. Si me doy cuenta bien, si no, mucho mejor. Mirad, si de un inicio en el momento de recoger la furgoneta, me explicais entre todas las demas condiciones, que si acabo antes, el sistema me penaliza, logicamente yo ya me encargo de alargarlo 1 dia mas y de que eso no me pase, pero no tuve esa suerte... mejor os callais, y luego cuando me llega la sorpresa, ya no hay nada que hacer por vuestra cara dura de gestion. Ya desde un comienzo el desastre se veia venir, porque para empezar no tenian preparada ni disponible la furgoneta que yo habia reservado, y ademas en el momento de hacer el pago, tuve que avisar al chico de que me estaba cobrando de mas, porque marco una casilla de forma incorrecta. A fin de cuentas, son errores que si en lugar de restar el dinero al cliente, se lo restaran a quien los comete, no harian las cosas tan de mala gana y con tanto pasotismo. Por tanto, muy mala coordinacion entre las 2 sucursales de Castellon, y que para nada, la solucion aportada tras el problema, compenso los 85EUR que hicieron desaparecer de mi cuenta por todo el morro.

La chica un poco despistada,cuando entregue el vehiculo no me devolvieron la fianza,que tenia que esperar unos dias,a la hora de regresarte la fianza dice que no se te ha quitado de la tarjeta,que solo se te ha retenido el dinero,no esta claro esto de la fianza. Tuve que ir otro dia porque no habia nadie en todo el recinto, los coches con las ventanillas bajadas y abiertos

Muy poca empatia con el cliente, tanto por parte de Randy como de Ana. Todo son buenas palabras y buenas intenciones por telefono pero a la hora de la verdad su labor deja mucho que desear. Hace mas de 3 semanas que llevo esperando la devolucion de la fianza y se pasan la patata caliente de unos a otros, sin mediar solucion ninguna para el cliente.

Booked a truck with enterprise 3 weeks ago because I needed to move large items. Received a confirmation email the day before pickup. Arrived at pickup and enterprise did not have the truck nor any large vehicle available. Fortunately the lady at the counter was able to get us a 7 seater car that could fit our items, but if we had had larger items, what would we have done? I've had good experiences with enterprise before but this was so incredibly disappointing. If they had communicated with me prior that I would not have the truck then that would have been much better.

El RACC nos contrato un coche de alquiler al quedarnos tirados con nuestro coche. Omar nos atendio estupendamente. Al devolver el coche por lo visto habia unas rascadas en el interior del maletero que no constaban en el informe de entrega pero que ya estaban. En la entrega de coche en Sabadell, nos pusieron muchas pegas y cobraron 200 euros. Contacte con Omar y su companero y me solucionaron el problema. Me acaban de devolver el dinero. Asi que aunque la experiencia no fue agradable del todo, he de decir que se ha resuelto bien. Gracias Omar.
