Nos quedamos sin coche en vacaciones. El seguro nos dio coche con Avis. Super amables, rapidos y buen trato. Super recomendable nos atendio en Castellon de la plana un chico super bien.
We were left without a car on vacation. The insurance gave us a car with Avis. Super friendly, fast and good treatment. Super recommendable, a super good guy attended us in Castellon de la plana.
Alquile una furgoneta la semana pasada con ellos. Todo perfecto y sin problemas. Tuve que dejar una pequena fianza a parte de la del deposito del combustible, y me la devolvieron bastante rapido y sin problemas, y eso que al devolver el coche lo deje en su campa y no estuve presente al dia siguiente cuando ellos revisaron la furgoneta. Quede contenta, seguramente vuelva a recurrir a ellos en caso de necesidad ya que encima me salio bastante bien de precio comparado con otras companias.
I rented a van last week from them. Everything perfect and without problems. I had to leave a small deposit in addition to the fuel tank, and they returned it to me quite quickly and without problems, even though when I returned the car I left it in their field and I was not present the next day when they inspected the van. I was happy, I will surely use them again if necessary since on top of that the price was quite good compared to other companies.
Son unos impresentables. Me dieron el coche sin antena y la radio se oia fatal, volvi a los 5 minutos para informarles y que me pusieran una o lo solucionaran de alguna manera, pero me decian que no podian hacer nada que pusiera el Bluetooth de mi movil... El encargado escondido en la caseta para no dar la cara y el pobre empleado excusandose y diciendo que no podia hacer nada. Total que he tenido que ir yo a norauto y comprar una para poder oir la radio en mi viaje. No pongo menos estrellas por que no deja. IMPRESENTABLES
They are unpresentable. They gave me the car without an antenna and the radio sounded terrible, I came back after 5 minutes to inform them and ask them to put one in or solve it somehow, but they told me that they couldn't do anything to turn on my phone's Bluetooth... The manager hiding in the booth so as not to show his face and the poor employee excusing himself and saying that he couldn't do anything. So I had to go to norauto and buy one to be able to listen to the radio on my trip. I don't give fewer stars because it doesn't stop. AWESOME
Desde que llegamos a Espana Avis fue nuestra primer experiencia y ha sido un exito. Hemos rentado vehiculo en varias oportunidades en el local de Castellon y nunca hemos tenido inconvenientes como en otras rentadoras. Los vehiculos siempre los hemos recibido en perfecto estado y limpios. La atencion de Franco es destacable. Recomiendo!!
Since we arrived in Spain, Avis was our first experience and it has been a success. We have rented a vehicle on several occasions at the Castellon location and we have never had problems like other rental companies. We have always received the vehicles in perfect condition and clean. Franco's attention is remarkable. I recommend!!
Varias cosas negativas. 1. Cierran al medio dia. 2. Alquilo un coche tipo C (P.e. Ford Focus dice su web) y me dan un Hyundai que no tendria mas de 50 caballos. Eramos dos con 4 maletas y en ciertas cuestas no pasaba de 90. 3. El limpia tiene agua en lugar de limpia cristales. 4. Y no menos importante por ser el ultimo, resulta que mande a un empleado a recoger el coche y no quisieron darselo por no ser el conductor. Les pedi que lo anadieran como conductor o que cambiaran al conductor, les llame yo mismo para decirlo y no quisieron. Que no podian porque ya habia pasado media hora de la hora pactada de recogida y tuve que ir personalmente. Siempre usamos otra compania y estabamos probando Avis a ver que tal. Hete aqui.
Several negative things. 1. They close at noon. 2. I rent a type C car (e.g. Ford Focus says its website) and they give me a Hyundai that would not have more than 50 horsepower. There were two of us with 4 suitcases and on certain slopes it did not exceed 90. 3. The cleaner has water instead of glass cleaner. 4. And no less important for being the last, it turns out that I sent an employee to pick up the car and they did not want to give it to me because I was not the driver. I asked them to add him as a driver or change the driver, I called them myself to say so and they didn't want to. They couldn't because it was already half an hour past the agreed pickup time and I had to go personally. We always use another company and we were trying Avis to see how it goes. Lo and behold.
Franco Lopes is a true asset to Avis Budget Rental Car in Castellon de la Plana. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction exceeded my expectations and also helped me a-lot in service thanks to him. I'll definitely be returning for future rentals!
Really unhelpful staff. Now, as a consolation, online and telephone support is as bad :'(
DO NOT RENT FROM BUDGET CAR! They had the car returned, absolutely no damage whatso ever, though the car was given to me in an unclean state, i did not mind. They checked the car when i returned it and have now kept the 100+ euro deposit and have now, over a month after the car was rented, sent pictures of damage that was NOT caused by me and have charged for it. absolutely dispicable, the woman already checked the car with me upon returning it and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it! DISGUSTING behaviour!
