I recently tried to rent a car from this agency, specifying I needed it for specific dates. I received confirmation that the car was available, which was reassuring. Since I was located 2 km away, I asked if delivery was possible or if I needed to come to the agency. I was informed that delivery would cost EUR60, so I decided to go there myself. After confirming I wanted to reserve the car (which I clearly stated in my message), we arrived at the agency only to be told there were no cars available. The employee was unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to check for availability on any other day. Communication was poor throughout--I received no replies to my messages, even when attempting from another phone to try to get information for the next days. Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the lack of helpfulness, poor communication, and unprofessionalism. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service in the future.

Good customer service. Rental is quick. No issues with returns. Car selection is a bit limited on short notice. Better to book in advance.

I used the service twice and both experinces were great. The process was fast, the vehicles were in good condition and the staff was very helpful and communicated well. The location is convenient, right near the highway and close to the Castelldefels train station too. I will definitely use the service next time I am in need of a rental.

We rented a car for just one day. The car was reserved by whatsapp and phone before. Communication was very good and the car (Toyota Corolla Hybrid) was in good shape. Car return after office hours was easy. I can recommend OFR.

I just walked by and they had a car ready in 20 minutes. Prices are very reasonable and the car was in a great condition. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Locationwise it's perfect - there is a direct bus to the airport.

We rented a car from Rent A Car Castelldefells for one month. We found the staff to be friendly and really helpful. Because we were from Australia our Spanish was very limited and they helped us a lot in English. The pick up and drop off was very easy. The car was a good price and very clean. Highly recommended rental car company that is close to EL Pratt.

We had planned to visit Castelldefels over the Christmas period, and because of Covid19, we didn't feel comfortable booking car hire for a trip that might not even happen. So we left it until the very last week before we were due to arrive. I found Rent a Car using Google maps, and it was the closest car hire place to the hotel where we were staying. I emailed the company before we arrived, and we received a very professional, and quick response. The costs for the cars offered were reasonable, and all inclusive in terms of insurance. Arriving in Castelldefels, we walked from our apartment to collect the car. It was a friendly, and professional handover of the vehicle, with the lady speaking good English. The Toyota Yaris we rented was clean, tidy, and in good condition. It suited our needs perfectly for trips to the local shops, nearby towns, and to Portaventura. We grew to love our little Yaris during our time with it. In fact we liked it so much, we emailed to extend our rental, which again was taken care of very efficiently, and we enjoyed it for a couple of days longer. There was no pressure to upgrade the car, or insurance, and any of the usual nonsense you get at car rental companies at airports, so I most certainly recommend OFR if you want a good car, at a great price.
