I had an accident with the car which I didn't have fault and after 4 months I'm still waiting for the reimbursement. They don't reply to emails and cannot give any update on the status. Very poor and unfair customer service.

The service at Guerin Cascais was incredible! My car ended up in the repair shop for almost 7 weeks. The folks at Guerin Cascais made renting a car for that period of time very straightforward and easy. I would make a reservation for a week or two, and when I discovered my car wasn't ready, they would quickly help me book another reservation for a great price. Soon - they were proactively booking reservations weeks in advance and monitoring each reservation, to ensure I always got the best price. I highly recommend the folks at Guerin Cascais.
We hired a car in Cascais for 25 hours to visit the Fatima Shrine. We had a voucher purchased through Auto Europe. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We received a free upgrade as the car we had booked was not available. The agent was very thorough in noting any marks on the car before we commenced our rental. Car in very good condition and comfortable. We had a very efficient and friendly service again on the return of the car. Would highly recommend.
Very good service with a smile, the collaborators explained all the ins and outs of the contract and helped me settle in a car model that I had never driven before. The return of the car was quick and painless. I will use Guerin again.
These people are amazing. Best customer service of any rental car company. Such good staff, truly work to meet customer needs. Very kind, reasonable and respectful people. I've rented a car from them a few times now and every time has been a great experience.
