I reserved a large SUV and was provided a ford eco sport with bald front tires and 65 Kilometers with no safety features. I was told that all they had, no effort for having one sent from another site. Drove to Madrid with not enough room, dog on my lap. Hope Boston is better
Ningun problema y amabilidad absoluta en la Oficina de Burgos. Me dieron todas las facilidades y siempre estuvieron atentos a las llamadas por telefono previas a coger el coche. En la entrega, al ser domingo no habia nadie, pero fue sencillo.
No problems and absolute kindness at the Burgos Office. They gave me all the facilities and were always attentive to phone calls before taking the car. At the delivery, since it was Sunday, no one was there, but it was simple.
Muy mal en el aspecto de limpieza, en la entrega. NO se han preocupado nada de cuando se lo eecogieron al anterior alquiler, Habia vasos desechables de cafe en las puertas, botes de bebida energetica en las plazas traseras. Espectacularmente sucio, tanto por dentro como por fuera. Un vehiculo no se debe de entregar asi, deberian de haber dicho que no tienen disponible. NO RECOMIENDO NADA ESTA EMPRESA DE ALQUILER. SU ESTADO ERA DEPROBABLE, lo coji por que tenia prisa para irme en viaje a Asturias.
Very bad in the cleaning aspect, in the delivery. They have NOT worried at all when they chose it from the previous rental. There were disposable coffee cups in the doors, energy drink bottles in the back seats. Spectacularly dirty, both inside and out. A vehicle should not be delivered like this, they should have said they do not have it available. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL COMPANY AT ALL. ITS CONDITION WAS DEPROBABLE, I took it because I was in a hurry to go on a trip to Asturias.
Desinfectan mucho la llave que te dan ...cobrar te cobran rapido sin explicarte nada, el coche sucio por fuera, te dejan en la calle esperando porque se tienen que ir y cierran la oficina. Mejorable el servicio.

Ayer dia 13 de Febrero 2023 fui presencialmente a preguntar precios y modelos. Me ofertaron y me pidieron la documentacion necesaria. Elegi el modelo. Me reservaron el coche escribiendo mis datos en un post it y me dijeron que no hacia falta nada mas. Que a la manana siguiente cuando fuese a por el coche se formalizaba y pagaba todo. Hoy he ido a por el coche y el precio acordado se habia casi duplicado. La solucion ha sido, o lo tomas o lo dejas. El trato humillante. Me he tenido que buscar otro rent a car deprisa y corriendo.

Horrible experiencia. El coche apesta a tabaco, apesta! Me mandan a recoger el coche a 500 metros cuando estaba en la puerta, y a 38 grados. Me dan un coche mas pequeno que la categoria que habia reservado... sin maletero. menos mal que es AVIS. Gracias.

Turno Sabado 5 Marzo 10.00h acudi a avis Cartagena a alquilar un vehiculo que por la web habia visto disponible. La chica que me atiende no puede ser mas grosera no solo negandome la existencia del citado vehiculo sino que acusaba con palabras y miradas mas que desagradables a mi poca inteligencia al ver disponible dicho vehiculo. Queria alquilar una semana entera y sali sin coche. Seguia estando disponible vehiculos para alquiler segun la web (varios modelos varios precios) que te llevaban a la pasarela de pago. Por lo que o miente la web o miente esa empleada. No insisti ante la groseria de dicha mujer. De verdad si alguna vez cierran sera por culpa de gente como ella. Alquile el vehiculo en otra tienda donde me buscaron soluciones no insultaron a mi persona de esa manera
