Only one because zero is not possibile!! We book a car for 7 and they don't have in the fleet (so they knew for sure!). Furthermore they don't help us also in the cancellation. Moreover they don't give the deposit back!! Terrible
Se quedan con copia de la tarjeta de credito, no hay contrato de confiabilidad de datos personales, o al menos no me lo informaron, el vehiculo que me dieron con la caja mala, y te cobran la lavada aun si lo llevas limpio, no lo recomiendo
They keep a copy of the credit card, there is no personal data reliability contract, or at least they didn't inform me, the vehicle they gave me with a bad box, and they charge you for the wash even if you have it clean, they don't. I recommend
Rentamos un carro por medio de esa agencia y te piden de garantia foto de tu tarjeta de credito, 2 dias despues empezaron hacer comprabas con la tarjeta con montos pequenos y luego mas grandes, tengan mucho cuidado, porque aparte nuestros bancos eran Mexicano y fue muy dificil lograr la cancelacion desde Colombia.
We rented a car through that agency and they ask for a photo of your credit card as a guarantee, 2 days later they started making purchases with the card with small amounts and then larger ones, be very careful, because apart from that our banks were Mexican and it was very difficult to achieve cancellation from Colombia.
Rentamos un Logan, muy buen precio respecto al confort y espacio que brinda el carro. Si bien estaba golpeado el carro respondio muy bien. Se maneja efectivo y eso es lo que mas me gusto, no compromete las tarjetas de credito y me devolvieron el efectivo apenas entregue el carro, sin contratiempo. Recomendado.
We rented a Logan, a very good price compared to the comfort and space that the car provides. Even though it was hit, the car responded very well. It handles cash and that's what I liked the most, it doesn't compromise credit cards and they gave me the cash back as soon as I delivered the car, without a hitch. Recommended.
Alquilamos un carro Renault logan por un dia y el proceso fue sencillo, cabe resaltar que todo fue en efectivo, dimos el deposito y rapidamente nos entregaron el vehiculo. Realizamos un video para notificar el estado de entrega del carro. No tuvimos ningun tipo de problema mecanico durante el uso, super comodo y funcional. Nos lo entregaron con el tanque casi lleno y lavado y asi mismo lo entregamos (es un requisito). Como todo estaba en orden me devolvieron el deposito y la entrega fue super rapida . Sugeriria que hicieran un protocolo de entrega mas robusto por si sucede cualquier altercado se tenga claro que se debe pagar y que no. En este caso a nosotros nos fue muy bien! Gracias
We rented a Renault Logan car for a day and the process was simple, it should be noted that everything was in cash, we gave the deposit and they quickly delivered the vehicle to us. We make a video to notify the delivery status of the car. We did not have any type of mechanical problem during use, super comfortable and functional. They delivered it to us with the tank almost full and washed and we delivered it the same way (it is a requirement). Since everything was in order, they returned my deposit and the delivery was super fast. I would suggest that they make a more robust delivery protocol so that if any altercation happens, it is clear what should be paid and what should not. In this case it went very well for us! The toilet buttons are hard to push.
Terrible, avoid completely. They did not give me proper documentation so when I had to deal with the police i wasn't able to prove I was allowed the car. A one hour problem took 28hours of Colombian bureaucracy. We later had a flat tire and found out they didn't give us the proper tools to fix it. When I returned the car near the Cartagena airport the manager looked at his fingernails rather than apologising. Not worth your time or hassle.
I'm giving them 2 stars because on one of their employer, his name is Gabriel, a great man. I rented on two occasions from them just to find out later that my Credit Card was charged $138 both times, after paying in cash for the rentals, for alleged speeding tickets. When I checked online the department of transportation for any tickets I couldn't find any, not could the lady from the rental company who charged my card provide me with a proof of any violation, I'm including two screenshots of my conversation with her for proof, be aware if you rent from them, the rental will automatically come with an extra $140 charge .
