Precios economicos, servicio catastrofico. Alquilamos 2 coches. Porque estaba cerca del apartamento donde nos hospedamos. Uno de ellos no arrancaba, el segundo que nos ensenaron estaba sucio y los neumaticos estaban tan gastados que no tenian dibujo, con el riesgo que conlleva. El tercero funcionaba, aunque no cerraba el maletero. Los coches estan hechos un desastre y luego encima te cobran 20.000 $ por una limpieza que esta claro que no hacen. El personal es desagradable y buscan todas las maneras para cobrarte algo extra (que si los kilometros, que si la gasolina, que si tiene un poco de arena... ). Nos cobraron 20.000$ mas porque llovio y el coche estaba mojado. No lo recomiendo por nada del mundo. !Son unos sinverguenzas!
Cheap prices, catastrophic service. We rented 2 cars. Because it was close to the apartment where we stayed. One of them would not start, the second one they showed us was dirty and the tires were so worn that they had no tread, with the risk that entails. The third one worked, although it didn't close the trunk. The cars are a mess and then on top of that they charge you $20,000 for a cleaning that they clearly don't do. The staff is unpleasant and they look for every way to charge you something extra (what if the kilometers, what if the gasoline, what if it has a little sand...). They charged us $20,000 more because it rained and the car was wet. I don't recommend it for anything in the world. They are scoundrels!
El servicio y la atencion es muy buena y la tarifa de los autos es la mejor. Llame a varias empresas y la mejor siempre fue S&M Rent a Car. Totalmente recomendado.

Usamos los servicios de esta agencia, puedo decir buen servicio, generan confianza, el vehiculo 80/100 en lo estetico, pero funciono bien. Recomendado. El precio creo fue justo. 130 mil el dia sin gasolina. Algo que no me gusto mucho es que le toman la foto a la tarjeta de credito.

no les recomiendo alquilar un carro con esta empresa, nosotros alquilamos un carro con ellos por que nos quedaba cerca del hotel, pero me encuentro con la sorpresa de que tiene que llevar el carro lavado y luego mi tarjeta fue clonado y fue usado con un monto total de 2000 dolares
