It was sketchy at first because you make a payment through PayPal and then no confirmation is sent to you but they figured it out and we were able to get a rental car for 4 days, had some issues here and there but they resolved the situation. 4 stars because they really tried to make things right. Fix you online reservation website/system in order to get 5 star rating from me.

Avis cancelled our car rental, so we had to find an other place near the airport. We found this place and they were super friendly. The rental was simple and clear. When we came to drop off the car, the street was blocked so I had to enter in the wrong direction of the street. Right then, I got intercepted by police. Be aware that the zone around the airport is highly monitored, and police will do anything to get money out of bribes. Thankfully, Executive Rent a Car helped us deal with the situation.

I am on the Cartagena de Indias site, I made a reservation on the page, I arrived at the site and they tell me that they cannot find any reservation and that there is no availability of vehicles.
