Excellent treatment, very good quality of service
Excellent service, fast and reliable, not always so in South America, would highly recommend it. We drove large part of the Caribbean coast without difficulty I would definitely recommend to rent a car, at least in this part of Colombia, since the roads are fairly well maintained and seen how crazy bus drivers drive over there, we felt immensely more secured driving ourselves, not to mention the convenience of having your own car instead of relying on public transport and such.

Muy mal servicio. No fueron claros con los requisitos cuando reserve con anticipacion y, al momento de recoger el coche, me pusieron muchisimos impedimentos respecto al pago y los documentos que presentar. Al final, ni pude llevarme el coche despues de estar en las oficinas por mas de 1 hora, ya que no me ofrecieron ninguna solucion viable .
Very bad service. They were not clear with the requirements when I booked in advance and, when I picked up the car, they gave me many obstacles regarding payment and the documents to present. In the end, I couldn't even take the car after being in the offices for more than 1 hour, since they didn't offer me any viable solution.

El senor Siverman fue muy atento cuando llegamos a rentar el carro y fue facil para mi esposo comunicarse con el ya que tambien hablaba en ingles. Nos dieron el carro que reservamos, limpio y en el tiempo estipulado. No tuvimos ningun problema ni con la entrega ni la devolucion. Gracias Siverman y Santiago
