I always rent here when in Cartagena. Never had a problem here. Good staff and helpful
BEWARE!!!! I walked in there to rent a car . The price on the Internet was $39.00. a day. When I spoke to the man at the desk he said it was $119.00. because I was American and there was nothing you can do about it. If I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. We call that racial profiling here in America don't ever go to this place they're horrible!!!!
As with my previous review, I love Localiza. They are honest and kind. No pushing of extra insurance and a full tank is really a full tank. Only point of attention we drove past the station almost twice as to me it was not indicated well. No rental cars sign or anything. Recommend to closely watch Google maps.
100% satisfied with this car rental agency, the branch, and staff professionalism. Got a good car, at a fair price, with essential insurance included. no extra fee surprise. They "printed" my credit card info as guaranty (not very safe but not all info were taken to proceed with online payment as a fraud example -so all good there) and cancelled it in front of me with copy when I checked out. Located at the corner of the airport exit. This is a no brainer. This is trusty provider. Just book here.
We very much liked the experience of renting a car via Localiza. The staff was very friendly, they offered full insurance at the front desk and we got almost a new car entirely. Pick up and drop off was quick and easy. I even left my hat there by mistake and after we returned to drop off the car, they gave me back my hat . I received a better car, Hyundai Accent instead of Suzuki Dzire
From the moment of car rental all the way through the process and even the return was nothing but exceptional. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. This is one of the best car rental companies I have ever rented from and I have rented from a lot from different companies in different countries I would highly recommend this company!!
The equipment and condition of the vehicles could be better, but it probably has to do with the general condition of the roads. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The take-over and return of the vehicle is absolutely uncomplicated. I can recommend this agency!
Friendly staff eager to help. The cars are reasonable priced but we alway take the full insurance. 2 minute walk from the airport. Don't forget to wash the car before you return it. Car wash is 10,000 to 20,000 peso.
