All the airport car rental agencies didn't have any availability and after searching for awhile we tried out JA car rental. Jorge picked up and was so helpful, kind, and professional and got us an automatic car. We rented for the weekend and even with an issue with the battery, he was really helpful and immediately responsive. I could not ask for a better experience even with this issue, which was handled in around an hour. Great rental and will definitely be using Jorge if we ever return!

I want to thank Jorge for his excellent service. It was a pleasure to rent a car from him. The car I rented was almost new and he was great in communication. As I was new in Cartagena, he picked me up from my apartment with the car I rented and we went to his office to make the paper work. In the office there was a friendly English speaking man that helped me with all details: think of local speed limits, local regulations, toll ways and some general advice regarding driving in Colombia. Within a couple of minutes I was on the road. I've had the car for about 5 days and Jorge let me return the car directly at the airport, where he was waiting for me in advance. Thank you Jorge for your excellent service. I highly recommend anyone to rent a car from this company. And Jorge, I hope to see you next time.

Jorge was just awesome to rent from. The price was fair and his service was great. All the paperwork was easy. I would buy some insurance for your trip, but getting from Cartagena to Santa Marta was a great 4 day excursion. Thanks Jorge!
