Busque el lugar para darle una calificacion, por que realmente es raro encontrar un lugar de renta de carros, que no te quieran estafar. Lo recomiendo muchisimo, honestos, buenos precios. Y nada de letras chiquitas.
I looked for the place to give it a rating, because it is really rare to find a car rental place that doesn't want to scam you. I highly recommend it, honest, good prices. And no small letters.
Mauvaise experience malgre le bon accueil de nos contacts. Prise en charge du vehicule au bord de la route sur le trottoir au milieu du trafic routier. cela ne nous a pas permis de faire un check suffisant de l'etat du vehicule. Vehicule en etat general mediocre. Je suis partis avec un pneu avant degonfle que j'ai constate apres quelques kilometres apres avoir senti la direction flottante et le vehicule qui tirait fortement a gauche. J'ai d'abord pense a un pneu creve. J'ai appele l'agence pour le signaler mais je n'ai obtenu aucune assistance concrete et j'ai du me debrouiller pour trouver un "garage". J'ai decide de faire regonfler le pneu sur le trajet et de rejoindre mon hotel pour voir comment cela evoluerait . Arrive a l'hotel j'ai signale a nouveau le probleme et demande l'assistance de l'agence en expliquant que le probleme etait present des la prise en charge du vehicule mais je ne l'avais pas vu car il s'agissait du pneu avant gauche, c'est a dire la ou le trafic ne permettait pas de faire un controle serein. Aucune assistance de la part de l'agence. Heureusement il ne s'agissait finalement que d'un pneu degonfle. Mais cela met en avant un manque de maintenance et d'entretien du vehicule et un manque de professionnalisme qui nous a mis en danger et insecurite durant le trajet et notre sejour. Je ne recommande pas cette agence dont le vehicule mis a disposition etait en dessous du minimum acceptable.
Bad experience despite the good reception from our contacts. Picking up the vehicle at the side of the road on the sidewalk in the middle of road traffic. This did not allow us to do a sufficient check of the condition of the vehicle. Vehicle in poor general condition. I left with a deflated front tire which I noticed after a few kilometers after feeling the floating steering and the vehicle pulling sharply to the left. At first I thought it was a flat tire. I called the agency to report it but got no concrete assistance and had to scramble to find a "garage". I decided to re-inflate the tire on the way and return to my hotel to see how things would progress. Arriving at the hotel, I reported the problem again and requested assistance from the agency, explaining that the problem was present when the vehicle was picked up but I had not seen it because it was the front left tire, that is to say where the traffic did not allow for a calm check. No assistance from the agency. Fortunately it ended up being just a flat tire. But this highlights a lack of maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle and a lack of professionalism which put us in danger and insecurity during the journey and our stay. I do not recommend this agency whose vehicle provided was below the acceptable minimum.
We used this agency when visiting Cartagena after other agencies wanted to charge us an obscene amount to take us to Mompox. Icirent offered us a brand new Renault Logan for a reasonable sum and we were able to drive ourselves to our intended destination. The car was in great condition and they very kindly picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel on pick-up and return of the vehicle. Highly recommended!
Excelente servicio por parte de todo su personal tanto en Cartagena como en Santa Marta, alquile un vehiculo por 4 dias y sin ninguna complicacion lo pedi en Cartagena y lo devolvi en Santa Marta, no hubo ningun tipo de complicacion y el proceso fue super facil, siempre tuve el temor de alquilar vehiculo en Colombia pero con esta compania estuve siempre seguro de comienzo a fin. Excellent service from all their staff both in Cartagena and Santa Marta, I rented a vehicle for 4 days and without any complications I ordered it in Cartagena and returned it in Santa Marta, there were no complications and the process was super easy, I was always afraid of renting a vehicle in Colombia but with this company I was always safe from start to finish. Amazing service ! Alejandro was really helpful and easy (delivery of the car in another city, lend of a smartphone for the gps , flexibility ). Also we were in a rush for a plane when we gave back the car and didn't have the time to clean it but we we were not charge anything . He was always very quick to answer and even help us for our trip after we left the car . I strongly recommend them of course because you can't find this kind of flexibility in a more famous car agency. Thank you again !
