Hilton Cartagena Hotel in Cartagena, Cartagena Province

This hotel deserves 0 stars. There was mildew and mold in our room. Since my stay I have become sick from the mold. I havepictures a video of hotel maintenance coming in to paint over the mold and not repair it. Front desk was not accommodating at all when it came to moving us to a different room. They did not want to move us nor give us a discount on the price of room; even with the mold. Horrible experience. I will not visit again and I will tell others. Looking to seek legal action against Hilton for these unlivable conditions. Very sad

I am sick. My room had multiple areas of black mold and mildew. The hotel only offered to downgrade me to another room and sent a maintenance guy to remove molded drywall and mildew from the base boards and mud multiple areas of the room. Then he basically painted over the black mold and stains. I have been coughing for days now since I checked out. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen, and I will be looking into taking legal action in this matter.

The hotel meet my expectations and my family's. We felt very comfortable while our stay, starting with the comercial hall was very elegant, the staff was always willing to help, the corner room was TOP! excellent ocean and city view, wide balcony perfect to rest and enjoy the view. While our stay there was a ongoing remodelation a play room (per my understanding), that smell bad, but it was understandable in such a hot weather as is in Cartagena. We know it is for the improvement of the hotel.

The rooms are big (we were upgraded for 2 twin beds room). Bathroom was really nice. As expected language is a barrier at restaurants but, front desk is very welcoming and everyone speaks English ||Jonathan Silva the front desk manager was just amazing! He was there to accommodate us and helped us have a memorable stay (kudos and many thanks to him). ||Hilton def needs to up their game fr the executive lounge. They do have non alcoholic basic drinks in the lounge. Happy hour with beer and basic wine and few appetizers from 6-8 pm. Beautiful setting and view. Maybe I'm asking too much from the lounge for the economic stay we had

Excellent experience. The location is very good, close to the beach, only a walking distance away. The staff is very professional and kind; they even allowed me to check in a couple of hours earlier.|Highly recommend. We will definitely come back.

This is my FAVORITE hotel in Cartagena, period! I've been here many times and i've enjoyed every single experience here. The service has always been fabulous and I feel welcomed by the staff whether it's the front desk, the outdoor pool bar, and the bellman especially. My favorite room is always the corner rooms with attached parlor, and the huge terrace. The views are incredible, it's like a 270 degree postcard and every morning we loved waking up to that ocean. ||The beds are very comfortable, and with the parlor rooms you get 2 closets so that gave my girlfriend and I enough space to sprawl out with our clothes. We also got 2 bathrooms with great water pressure, and the attached room comes with a sofa and an extra refrigerator. We really enjoyed the 3 swimming pools, the 4 jacuzzis, and the lobby bar as well. It was a great 5 days of being at my second home and I look forward to returning hopefully later this year.

I'm so glad we booked this hotel for our Cartagena trip. The property is located at the very end of the tourist strip, so the beach is far less crowded than elsewhere in the tourist area. The hotel itself is impeccable, rooms are comfortable, the service staff is incredible attentive and efficient, the breakfast buffet is huge and is the best way to start your day. In general an all around excellent hotel. Special thanks to David, who was our server at breakfast all the days we were there, and Osman our valet.

Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and convenient transportation options. The overall atmosphere of the Hilton Hotel was welcoming and elegant, making it a true home away from home. I highly recommend the Hilton Hotel for anyone looking for a top-notch stay.
