This car rental shop is hands down the best car rental shop I have ever rented cars from. He made a package where they drove us to Santa Marta, 5 - 6 hours in 2 SUVs (there were 8 of us, 2 families) so we wouldn't have to sit behind the wheel in a new country, after 30 hours of travel. We kept a car for 9 days, which we used while we were staying there, and then they came and picked us up, and brought us back again and drove us to the next hotel in Cartagena. They also brought us on to a Playa Blanca on a day trip and back to the airport when we were going home. I have now rented a car in quite a few places, but I have never come across such service! If you have the opportunity, forget the bus, this car agency can offer much better solutions! Incredibly nice people, honest and friendly! Highly recommend them! They a guided trip out of it, and we got to know them, they where really Great.
Excellent! Professional, trustworthy, hassle-free service. Gerardo picked us up in his bullet proof SUV and took us to his place of business and rented us a car within 20 minutes. Cartagena is a very safe place! Would recommend to anyone looking for a SUV or Sedan.
