I WOULD GIVE 0/5 STARS if I could! I've been renting through National as Emerald Elite executive member for 10+ years, but never have I seen a greedy and scam rental car office(MASSY AUTOS) representing Enterprise Holding Group. I parked the car at a no parking and got towed on Friday night. I went to their local Transportation ministry on Saturday to pay the fine and tow bill total of 506 000 pesos, but they needed the original document from the owner, and they were closing at noon. I called the rental office, and they offered that they could handle this situation since my flight was leaving on Sunday. Instead, they charged my card 3,500,000 pesos for a Just NO parking ticket and a tow retrieval. Almost triple. My rental cost I paid for the 9 days of rental of the vehicle. I called to talk to the rep, and he told me that it's in their policy. He tells me to read the whole company policy for it in fine prints. Nothing indicating that they need to be charging 3.5million Pesos for something that was actually costing 506 000pesos BIG SCAM ON TOURISTS!!

Had a reservation for a minivan. They did not have any large cars available. They offered a small Renault Logan instead. We are a group of 5 with lots of lugage and our plans to drive from Cartagena to Santa Marta fell apart. Local staff was ok but overall a bad experience.

Great experience, was billed as described on Expedia. The people at the counter were very helpful and nice. Rented small Nissan automatic for 5 days. 12/10/21 - 12/15/21 Drove from Cartagena to Santa Marta. Most hotels have free parking. Driving conditions are good. GPS is needed. The office is located 3 blocks from the airport terminal. If you take a taxi it will cost you around $4 but you can walk it.

I want to thank the office in Cartagena Rafael Nunez International Airport. When I picked up my rental it was what I expected and easy in and out so I can get my vacation started. But what I want to really express my deepest gratitude is when I go back to depart to my home country. Enterprise representative takes my family and helps with the luggage to take us to the line for check-in. I arrived one and a half hours before my flight took off and there was nobody at the check-in line. The Enterprise representative tried to help and asked just about everyone to see who could check us in. About an hour later we were desperate, and the Enterprise representative offered to keep our luggage safe until we could resolve our baggage issue and go home that same day. My family received our luggage, and it was all thanks to a few individuals who went way beyond their responsibilities to help someone in need. I cant thank you for the humanity shown in a stressful and desperate situation. I want to thank the office at the Rafael Nunez International Airport in Cartagena. El representante de Enterprise trato de ayudar y pidio a casi todos que vieran quien podia registrarnos. Aproximadamente una hora mas tarde estabamos desesperados, y el representante de Enterprise se ofrecio a mantener nuestro equipaje seguro hasta que pudieramos resolver nuestro problema de equipaje e irnos a casa ese mismo dia.
