I entered into a contract with them from the 16th of January through to the 19th. I parked the car at their facility because I was supposed to leave on the 18th but things changed and I had to stay in Cartagena for a longer period of time. They re-rented my car even though in our contract it was still under my name for another day. Be aware stay away from them and their shady business practices.

This place is phenomenal! The owner is great and very communicative. He gave me his personal number to be in touch via WhatsApp in case I need anything. He advised about all the roads and also let me used his wifi lol. I highly recommend this rental car place in Cartagena Colombia.

Even if you have questions about the city and places to go they'll help you with that as well. The whole process of renting the car was easy and quick very professional. Avis didn't have the car I needed (an automatic) so they put me in contact with Dinamo! They were great, really helpful. When I wanted to extend, they made it easy (just had to switch cars quickly for maintenance). Will definitely rent a car with them next time I'm in Colombia!

I looked at and called all the rental companies, and this was by far the best option. Highly recommend. The price is very good, Gerson is excellent and took care of everything, making it a totally stress free rental. Any random thing that came up, Gerson responded quickly and helped me out. They kept the RESERVE money. SCAMMERS The conditions change at the last minute, a vehicle was reserved after paying more than 30% in advance, they told us that they had already reserved it for another person and that they had another one of a lower range left but at the same price. The requirements that requested a credit card with space were met, the reservation was paid with the same card, but when I arrived without consulting me, they made a query at risk centers without my authorization and according to them, due to a negative report that appeared, I had to leave a additional deposits of 1 million in cash, apart from the frozen credit card quota of 2 million, which they would freeze for 15 business days, according to them because they could give me a photo fine and they needed to be insured. They were told that I would gladly leave the additional million but that they should sign a letter to me, to which the lady reluctantly and haughtily responded that she set the conditions and not Us. According to them, all the rental companies requested the same thing, which with a call we confirmed was FALSE. We rented a vehicle at a better price and without misleading conditions at YCYRENT, which was delivered to us in less than 15 minutes. OUR CONCLUSION WAS THAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS, upon seeing us with a child in arms and suitcases they believed that we would accept their FRAUDULENT conditions. We consulted with other companies in the area as well as with the TOURISM POLICE where they told us that they usually have these types of problems with tourists.

ESTAFADORES Cambian las condiciones a ultima hora, se reservo un vehiculo despues de pagar por anticipado mas del 30% nos dijeron que ya lo habian reservado a otra persona y que les quedaba otro de menor gama pero al mismo precio. Se cumplieron los requisitos que solicitaban tarjeta de credito con cupo, se pago la reserva con la misma tarjeta, pero al llegar sin consultarme hicieron una consulta en centrales de riesgo sin mi autorizacion y segun ellos por un reporte negativo que aparecia, tenia que dejar un depositos adicional de 1 millon en efectivo, aparte del cupo congelado de la tarjeta de credito por 2 millones, el cual congelarian durante 15 dias habiles, segun ellos porque me podian poner una fotomulta y necesitaban asegurarse. Se les dijo que con gusto le dejaria el millon adicional pero que me firmaran una letra a lo que la senora de mala gana y de manera altanera respondio que las condiciones las ponia ella y no Nosotros. Segun ellos que Todas las empresas de alquiler solicitaban lo mismo lo cual con una llamada confirmamos que era FALSO. Rentamos un vehiculo a mejor precio y sin condiciones enganosas en YCYRENT, el cual nos entregaron en menos de 15 minutos. NUESTRA CONCLUSION FUE QUE SON UNOS ESTAFADORES, al vernos con un nino de brazos y maletas creyeron que aceptariamos sus condiciones FRAUDULENTAS. Consultamos con otras empresas de la zona al igual que con POLICIA de TURISMO donde nos afirmaron que suelen tener ese tipo de problemas con los turistas.
