I'm sorry that someone else left a negative review because of their unique experience caused by delays and discomfort, but mine was completely different. This is a family run business that goes above and beyond. First, the owner Ricardo is highly responsive, clear, and fair. Secondly, his team has been with him for years, especially Claudia who single handedly ran the entire car check-in, and check-out with the utmost professionalism. She has charisma, and also patience. You'll be handling the review of the car safely on the street of the agency -- (or at the airport) -- and go through a similar process of reviewing the car, noting the gas levels, etc. You'll then pay via credit card or cash. All done. Took us less than 20 minutes from start to finish. Here is who you should work with if you support entrepreneurs and small businesses. If you're looking for slow, strict to the bone, and a robotic experience, this is not for you. If you'd like to work with genuine people who provide safe, secure, and clean cars -- I highly Recommend Carribean Car Rental. Here's a breakdown of the process: 1. Reach out on whatsapp (their phone number is on their website). 2. Coordinate with Ricardo for your days, and times. Note, there is flexibility in this. It won't be 100% strict, just work it out. 3. Prices are very fair 4. The business whatsapp profile will contain pictures of each car. 5. You'll pay your deposit via a secure payment app named Bold (think Stripe, PayPal, amazon). 6. We chose to meet at the auto agency, but they also offer to pick you up at the airport with the car, and also coordinate drop-off. 7. You'll return the car with a full tank of gas like any other rental service, AND you'll also bring the car back washed (or you can pay a fee). 8. Next door to the agency is conveniently the car wash :) 9. The day of your return, Claudia will reach out to you to coordinate a return time.

ATTENTION!!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTACTING THIS COMPANY!!! Let me first start off by saying that the rest of these reviews that you see on here were paid for reviews which I unfortunately found out after I rent it from this company. This company is by far the most unprofessional car rental company I've dealt with. They single-handedly ruined my trip and left me without a vehicle. Made the reservation for December 23rd right before Christmas I made the reservation for 7 days I also told this company that I would be renting from them on a weekly basis for roughly 6 months. Unfortunately my flight was delayed for 2 days due to an embargo in Panama City. So I contacted the company and told them that I won't be there until the 26th. They said that's not a problem at all we understand things happen we'll still hold your reservation. I arrived on the 26th and the vehicle is dropped off to me. The night before New Year's Eve I get a message from them saying where can we pick the vehicle up at. Now mind you I arrive on a Tuesday and the reservation was for 7 days and I told them I was going to be renting from them for 6 months. So I was kind of confused and I asked what do you mean you're going to pick the car up and they said your reservation was from the 23rd until the 30th. I said no we changed the reservation because I wasn't going to arrive until Tuesday so it should be from Tuesday until Tuesday. They said no we held your reservation from the 23rd to the 30th. So now basically I just paid for 2 days and I didn't even have the vehicle. So before they even came to pick up the vehicle the owner of the company sent me a picture of a tire that has a nail in it and said this is you and I asked them how in the world would that be me when you haven't even gotten the vehicle back yet how would you even have a picture of the tire if I still have the vehicle. So that's their way to try to add charges to you is by making up damages. They're going to respond and try to be as friendly and professional t whoever's reading this think that they didn't do anything wrong or that I'm some upset customer. That's not the case these people will rip you off they will take your money they're basically scam artists. Now they're going to reply with a very professional response to try to win over the public that sees this review but I assure you they are anything but professional.

Caribbean Car Rental is an excellent growing family business. The owner is very responsive and has great quality and clean cars. He went over and above. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company.

The owner is really great person, car was in perfect condition for a fair price, I can only recommend this place to everyone who is looking for reliable company.
