Que pena que destrocen Cartagena empresas como esta

I initially had a disappointing experience with this car rental company because they charged me $1500 for insurance purposes and took quite a while to return the amount back to my card. Thankfully, I was able to get in contact with the company's manager Mariela Polonia who guided me through the process and ensured that she checked in on me and the process of my wire transfer until the $1500 were deposited directly back to my account. I appreciated her hard work and the fact that my money was returned to me. Though it took some time, I got it back. Rest assured, that Mariela is on your team. Wire transfers seem to be an international pain out of the company's hands. I will definitely rent with Best Car the next time I'm in Cartagena!

My experience with Best Rent a Car in Cartagena was pretty disappointing. First off, they've got hidden fees that they don't tell you about upfront, especially if you pay with a card. It felt like they were trying to avoid credit card fees by passing them onto the customer. Also, even though I had already bought insurance through Expedia, they kept insisting on selling me extra coverage, which didn't seem right. To top it off, the car I rented wasn't in the best shape - it had a really noticeable smell. It seems like they're not maintaining their cars well. Overall, the service was just okay, but these issues made the whole experience less than ideal.
