Este lugar les recomiendo mucho por la atencion del dueno.. Yo no rente un carro pero me ayudo en un tour que estuvo fenomenal por que el tambien te ayuda con eso. Nos llevo a playa Baru en un bus nuevo con aire acondicionado y almuerzo incluido por tan solo 45.000 pesos.. Les recomiendo
I highly recommend this place because of the attention of the owner. I didn't rent a car but he helped me on a tour that was phenomenal because he also helps you with that. He took us to Baru beach in a new bus with air conditioning and lunch included for only 45,000 pesos. I recommend
Me deja muchas dudas esta empresa, te hacen un contrato donde queda toda la informacion de la tarjeta de credito hasta el codigo de seguridad, alquilamos con la familia 2 carros con 2 tarjetas distintas despues de 2semanas de entregados los carros, nos informa el banco compras con esas tarjetas , saquean una tarjeta por valor de $638.000 y luego saquean la otra por valor de $2.066.000 solo se utilizaron alli en esa entidad y no se utilizo mas ,ellos quedan con toda la informacion. dudas muchas que casualidad que las dos tarjetas que se utilizaron alli sean las saquedas ya que ellos quedan con toda la informacion. Los llame para reclamarles dijeron me demandarian espero lo hagan para asi demostrar que solo se utilizaron alli las tarjetas y a traves de la justicia sabemos de que ciudad la compra de que IP hicieron el robo. Asi aclaramos.
This company leaves me with many doubts, they make you a contract where all the credit card information is up to the security code, we rented 2 cars with the family with 2 different cards after 2 weeks of delivering the cars, the bank informs us about purchases With those cards, they loot a card worth $638,000 and then loot the other one worth $2,066,000. Como es mi derecho, recomiendo NO ALQUILAR CARROS EN ESTE LUGAR. Con mi familia alquilamos dos carros con dos tarjetas de credito. Ellos se quedan con toda la informacion de la tarjeta, incluyendo el codigo de seguridad (supuestamente es una informacion necesaria para el contrato) les aseguro que las tarjetas solo se usaron para el alquiler de estos carros porque estaban nuevas. APARECIERON DOS COMPRAS en internet dos semanas despues (2.700.000 aprox) con una direccion IP diferente a la nuestra y un correo electronico inventado. Aun seguimos en proceso con el banco para que nos hagan retorno del dinero. Por lo anterior NO RECOMIENDO CONTRATAR ESTE SERVICIO EN ESTE LUGAR.
As is my right, I recommend NOT RENT CARS AT THIS PLACE. My family and I rented two cars with two credit cards. They keep all the card information, including the security code (supposedly it is necessary information for the contract) I assure you that the cards were only used to rent these cars because they were new. Alquilen carros con estas personas son unos estafadores! hace dos semanas alquilamos dos carros con ellos, por requisito teniamos que tener tarjeta de credito se quedan con los datos y hoy 8 de octubre 2021 le hicieron una compra con la tarjeta por 600 mil pesos! Por que la tarjeta se utilizo solamente alli con esta gente ESTAFADORES

La atencion de Victor fue extraordinaria, adapto todo el servicio a mis necesidades con un carro limpio, mediano y automatico como yo deseaba. Igualmente durante el alquiler estuvimos en contacto a traves de wap recibiendo una fantastica atencion a mis dudas. Pude ademas devolver el carro en el Aeropuerto. Fantastico servicio y lugar donde alquilar un carro en Cartagena de Indias.
Victor's attention was extraordinary, he adapted the entire service to my needs with a clean, medium-sized and automatic car as I desired. Also during the rental we were in contact through wap receiving fantastic attention to my questions. I was also able to return the car at the Airport. Fantastic service and place to rent a car in Cartagena de Indias.
They were fair and transparent (and the cheapest I could find). I got hit in the back by a motorbike, the paint had clear signs but they said they thought they could clean it away so they only charged me a little for it.
They seem nice enough and have decent cars, but are not ethical. They will find something wrong to charge you more for after the rental.
