Bad experience. Easy to book, got the payment aproval but no confirmation about the reserve. Reserved a car yesterday by internet, and getting to Cartagena Airport didn't find any office. After calling there, the attendant told me there was no car available for today. Sent an email to the company but didn't receive any response. Still waiting for a solution about my payment, without delivering the service. Hope you can fix it.
