Amazing service!!! Antonio was very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. He was able to offer us a great rental rate despite last minute changes and even showed us some great places to grab lunch nearby and offered great travel destinations for our trip! We ended up having to extend our rental and communication was exceptional with a quick response time. Will definitely book with Antonio again the next time I visit. 10/10 :)

My family and I had a wonderful experience dealing with Johanna and Silverman for our Alamo rental car at the Cartagena airport. Johanna was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience a pleasant one. She made sure our vehicle was reliable and safe and the pick up and drop off was very smooth. I will definitely be back to rent my car from Massy Motors because of her.

I reserved a car and it was confirmed. I did the check-in as well the day before. Unfortunately, upon my arrival, I was informed that there were no more cars available. Something about a flaw in their software. I would have appreciated a message or call warning me, instead I went to the pickup for nothing. Thankfully, their competitor had a car available. I would advise calling beforehand to make sure or simply avoiding this company altogether.

We had a reservation for a car. They asked us a bunch of information like arrival time and flight. When we got there, it was midnight, and it was closed. I called the "after hours" phone number 13 times, and they never answered. We asked around, and they told us that after 10 PM, they would never be there. We had to change all our vacation plans because of this. All around lazy people.

I booked two cars for a group trip with friends, I didnt have high expectations, I had read very bad references on the Internet about the company, I usually use another platform and I had done very well with it, on this last trip the difference in prices seduced us, we made the reservations with some mistrust, however when we arrived everything was different, the exceptional attention from the advisors in the office, cordial, with all the attitude and ready to give us not only a good experience in the company but also in the region, suggesting alternatives. In the case of technical difficulties with one of the cars, they were also willing to solve the problems. Personally, I was pleasantly surprised by Alamo and its staff in the Cartagena office. It gave me the opportunity to analyze for the future and not get ahead of myself, provide the presumption of good service and not get completely carried away by the comments on the networks. En las dificultades tecnicas de uno de los carros tambien estuvieron con toda la disposicion para solucionar los problemas. The people at the place are very friendly. Vehicle rental policies are obsolete. They do not allow you to rent a car if the credit card does not have the 16 numbers printed on it. I went to pay with a card issued by a bank and with a VISA franchise, which for security reasons only comes with the last numbers of the card. They didnt allow me to rent. And they dont give any more options.

I put a star because there is no option to give it a 0. They gave us the option of picking up our car after the central office was closed and they did not make us look for a local 1/08 we spent an hour and some wandering around the area. airport and with all the suitcases without finding the place. A real shame! We had a reservation and they left us stranded overnight upon arrival as their offices were closed. They already knew that we were arriving later and told us that by paying an extra fee they could deliver the car to us later. But the pickup instructions were wrong and we were 5 people for hours trying to find an answer, without help or a phone number to contact. We had to take an Uber. The following Monday, since they did not give us a response all weekend, we called and they tried to scam us by trying to sell us a compact as a sub and they did not assume their responsibility at any time. I dont give 0 stars because they dont allow it. Shame!

This is the best company I have had in all of South America! The car was in impeccable condition, the prices were fair and the staff were really professional and pleasant. I have already rented a few rental cars. But it was rarely as good and relaxed as this time. Antonio was very competent, arranged everything in English and never tried to sell additional/unnecessary insurance. The vehicle received a free upgrade to automatic. The car was in good condition. The existing damage was recorded together. The return to Vanessa was also quick and problem-free. Renting a car on vacation is fun! Gladly again! Thank you!
