The car we received at pick up is falling apart. It has numerous dents, the rear side panel has a hole in it and is hanging loosely. The car rattles when we hit bumps on the road. The workers were very nice, but said they could not give us a different car because 'the others were worse'. We didn't have an opinion, so begrudgingly took the car and went on our way.
Loved this rental company! The car we rented was ready for us as soon as we got there. This company also has shuttles that take you to and from the airport, which is so nice. They were easy to work with, and the price was decent. We did prepay for our car, which I recommend doing. They made our trip to Puerto Rico that much more fun thanks to the ease of getting a car.
I frequent the Island several times a year and have been to most rental places. Everywhere else has been a hassle. Every time I come to U-SAVE I am taken care of. They always have the vehicle I need, offer free shuttle to and from airport as well as very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend. Ask for Luis or Tommy, they will ensure your trip is hassle free. NOTE: THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE YOU CAN PULL UP, HAND THE KEYS OFF & PROCEED DIRECTLY TO THE AIRPORT VIA SHUTTLE 24/7. I loved the fact that the car was ready and clean when we got there. Staff were very friendly and clearly explained everything. The price we paid was very reasonable. Checking in was quick. Checking out was much better. I only waited about a minute for the shuttle to take me to the rental place and to go back to the airport. I already recommended U-Save to my family and friends traveling to Puerto Rico, and I will definitely rent from them again!!!
Great spot to rent a car. Prices are decent. Make sure to vacuum car if it has sand or else you will be charged. I did my part and I didn't get charged. Also don't forget fill up gas tank when returning or you will be charged, which I did forget but that was my fault. Representative were very polite and explained everything in detailed. It was a great experience and probably I will rent there again.
Loved my experience. Received a brand new jeep wrangler 2024. The smell of the car was brand new, super clean. No problem. The jeep was a must for our PR ventures. 10/10
Not recommended Staff was ok though the "SUV" was Not. My family and I were driving a whole week hearing a squeaky noise when pressing on brakes(breaks were bad). Spoke to Alondra from this rental and said they recently replaced new brakes pads which was a lie. This car smelled bad, it was never cleaned not even vacuumed, was given to us dirty and broken pieces inside. When we come to know we paid too much for that car. Will not rent again for sure. I should have really made a better choice after reading there reviews.
The rental and return with Sammy y Medina were quick and efficient. Highly recommend USave for all your rental needs. If I could give them a a score of 100% i would they are my auto rental going forward. Vehicles are clean and reliable.
