Ferdinand was incredibly helpful and our overall experience was great. We had a special request for our vehicle and it was taken care of. Pick up and drop off was very quick as well!
So this location is one of the best car rental experiences ive ever had in puerto rico! Sylvia was amazing and super helpful.. they dont charge all of misc surprise charges like dollar/nu/thrifty and well every other car rental. Plus you can add days over the phone with sylvia at reasonable rates and return to different location like ponce for a reasonable amount which no one else will do! Thanks enterprise and of course thanks for your amazing service Sylvia
I gave one star for the poor customer service I received on a Saturday in August this year. I reserved and paid for a full sized SUV that sits 7 but was given a mid sized SUV that only sat 4. Was told by the manager that it's a small island and cars are smaller here. Problem is I've rented from this location before and always received a 7 passenger car. Called enterprise twice since returning home and have received no response. Love the service by the week day crew will never rent from this location on a weekend
sooo much easier (and cheaper) than going through the airport car rentals. we took a 5 minute Uber from the airport, and we were literally the only people in there, our car was ready to go. in and out within 10 minutes. super friendly, didn't push an extras. this will be my go-to rental location in San Juan.
Love going to this location. They are very nice and considerate of your time and attention. The vehicles are always clean in and out before they give the car to you. I have been going to this location more than 3 times.. and I will be going again.. thanks Enterprise.. thumbs up!

The workers here are great, my flight arrived at 6:30 so I didn't have much to do other then wait for my car, I took an Uber there and waited outside the gate and the guy let me in like 20 minutes early so I did not have to wait longer than needed. He also upgraded both cars my family rented to larger size vehicles than we booked. Great service
Everyone here was super helpful and nice. They helped us immediately when Nextcar down the street would have made us wait for HOURS to get our car. So good, we rented twice from here on the same trip :) Valerie, Cristal, Fernando - y'all are some real ones!!
