Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Carolina

Poor experience with this location and with enterprise in general after. Never replied to my emails about my concerns. Would recommend another car rental service. If there are absolutely no complications then I'm sure it is fine, but in case there might be beware...

I don't know why I bothered with the smaller "cheaper" places, Sixth,Routes ext all have tons of hidden fees, I come here often since my mom lives here and the Enterprise is connected to the AP, grab ur bags go to the car lot pick a car drive off no BS, the return just as easy. Other places shuttle to their spots were u can wait hours for a car, do ur self a favor get a car from Enterprise u won't regret it. Staff is great so is the price!

This review is a few weeks overdue, my apologies to the fantastic team who took such great care of us! Our flight was delayed and landed 10 minutes before they closed. The taxi would take 15 minutes at best, but was still a good 5 minutes before I could get one at the terminal. I called the team and they assured me they would wait for me. When I arrived, they said breathe, you're here and we'll set you up quick so you can relax and start your vacation. The entire process took at best 15 minutes. The van was great. Used it for 6 days. Upon return, service was just as great, seamless, and they got me out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Ferdinand and your team for being so amazing!

Service at the counter was excellent. Very friendly young people. The lady who opened the gate in the parking deck was a rude jerk after I spent so much money. Let's hope she improves on my next trip.

Great, quick and easy experience. The online check in is great to speed up the process. The car provided did have some previous damage but called in before my reservation ended and they gave me no issues.

Instead of renting and picking up at the enterprise location at San Juan Airport, we rented a car for about 10 days at this enterprise location, which is literally 5 minutes outside the airport. You will save hundreds renting outside of the airport! Sylvia (Customer Service Representative) and Ferdinand (Branch Manager) are both very accommodating, helpful, and both speak English very well which was helpful for us. Arrived on-time to pickup the car, very easy and smooth pickup process, and was on my way in just a few minutes. No pressure selling un-needed insurance, deploying scare tactics, or any gimmicks! Just a great, straight-forward experience I have always come to expect from enterprise. PRO TIP: Your credit card car rental insurance coverage feature or your personal auto insurance policy (from mainland US) only covers the rental car itself, but not any car (or property) you may hit so consider buying that supplemental coverage, which is very inexpensive to add-on to your reservation, separately for the total piece of mind. Also, I recommend making your reservation through enterprise website directly or a reputable sources such as Costco or your airline but stay away from other third party resources such as Expedia and Bookings, etc. etc. because their system may not necessarily communicate directly with enterprise's system, which can cause you issues at pickup time. Also, don't forget to confirm your reservation a few days prior to your pickup day. We had a great time exploring the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, East to West in our Hyundai Kona! Really great customer service at this location! The price was great! Very affordable even with the extra insurance added!! My mothers flight was cancelled and she needed us to pick up her 15 passenger van rental for her since she wouldn't be in Puerto Rico for 2 more days. She was able to call and have the reservation switched over to my husbands name and they did it with no problem! Most other car rental companies would cancel and not allow you to make changes to the reservation like that! It was very quick and easy to pick up the van once we arrived with a taxi from the airport! The van was clean and in good condition. They noted all of the prior "minor damages" and took pictures of them before we took the van so we wouldn't be charged for any of it. Highly recommend!! Dropping the van off was a little confusing since we had to leave very early in the morning before the location was open. When we come back we will rent from this location again!
