Everything about this experience was smooth. They called the day before to confirm arrival. The lady at the desk was super helpful, friendly, and gave great instructions. The car was in great shape and very clean. The return process was simple and uncomplicated. They even called before the car was due to see if we needed to extend or modify our reservation. Highly recommend!

Quick online reservation without deposit. I chose the option where they pick the car for me and it didn't disappoint. It was a quick service at the airport and I didn't even had to make a line cause I had the reservation already. Took no time. The only downside was that I decide to stay one more week and I didn't have the option online or on the phone to extend the stay and on top of that I had to return it to the same place I pick it up. That meant that in order to go back to Aguada (2+ hours away) I had to get a public bus back to my parents house. That wasn't convenient.

easy and quick pickup and drop off. It is a $6-7 Uber drive away from the airport. we didn't spend more than 5 minutes in the office during pickup or drop off. the car (a compact SUV) was clean, in good shape, and ran great for the 10 days we rented it. Toll roads were no problem because a device was pre-installed on the windshield. we paid for the tolls we accrued during drop-off. no hidden charges. we were charged exactly what we were quoted online (plus the tolls). Very good experience. will rent from here again.

Renting a car was never this easy!! First, I created an enterprise account. Booked a car. I then received a call. It was ready for pickup!. I show up. Gave my license and boom. I was set. The young man walked me to the car. We did a walkaround for damages.. he then took my payment. 3 days at $112. Drove 354 miles. Returned the vehicle gassed up. Dropped it off at 830pm. After hours. The key goes in Dropbox in their lobby. And adios ! It was so easy and smooth!. I will never go anywhere else. They are about 8 minutes from the airport! Go here for a piece of mind!.

I had good experience with this enterprise location, very friendly staff, car was clean (sorry guys, my baby spread the cookie a little bit), easy pickup and drop off, comfortable location for me, affordable prices. Only one reason for critics that's long pick up time, around 1h because I was waiting car from car wash then I had to go to pick up car seat for baby to another location but it wasn't big deal for me because it was vacation.

Great experience with my car rental here! I wanted to avoid the long lines and extra cost of renting at the airport and this was the best decision I made. Everyone there was super helpful and friendly. We had NO issues with the car and the rental process. Car was ready at the time we agreed on for pick up. Drop-off was also fast and easy! Lastly, No additional surprise charges!

I highly recommend this place! It costs only about $10 for an Uber to get from the airport to pick up the car. They even provided a ride back to the airport after I dropped off the car (just make sure to inform them an hour in advance). The staff is incredibly polite and friendly. The car was spotless when I received it; I watched the employee preparing it and he put his heart into cleaning it so well! I recommend this service to anyone vacationing in Puerto Rico!

This location was located in in San Jaun but luckily is wasn't a hugely crowded area. In addition, they have a parking garage around back, but I do recommend grabbing a Lyft/Uber to reach this destination. The staff was also very nice, and the gal whom helped me was bilingual English and Spanish, HUGE help!
