They are great company! I had no problems with the Jeep rented. The Jeep survived the streets in PR. If you are visiting for first time PR make sure you do the stops on each intersection because people doesn't do them. I almost have an accident twice.
I was very skeptical booking from this place because of the bad reviews. However, I did not see a single thing that went wrong. We paid $300 for 8 days of car rental which includes the car, insurance, young driver fee, and unlimited toll passes. If you are using your credit card's rental insurance, make sure to have a document which says so. Otherwise it won't work. They do take a $500 safety deposit which is reimbursed after your trip. Everything went well. Thank you Easeway! I will be booking again on my next trip to PR.
Wonderful service and unbeatable price. Got a great service rep, clean car and speedy check out and return. Was a bit apprehensive reading reviews on the web, but I am glad O went with them.
I cant explain how bad this experience was. I ignored some of the reviews and said that I would not worry because they looked reasonable. The man at first didn't listen to me when I said I had insurance and didn't want to put it. He said that we had no choice but to put the basic insurance minimum. Then when I dropped the car off which was parked in a hotel for 2 days and had minimal use. The guy at the cashier immediately came in and said that the car had no only 1 dent but 2 dents. We did not see them, the videos nor the photos don't show them. Its a disgrace to rent from a car rental place like this. If you are thinking about getting a rental car from this company, don't... they will lie to you and try to steal your money but saying you had damage or a car accident. Disgraceful service.
Easiest and best price for a rental in PR! Book through the website. Take the coverage. Enjoy your trip! Check in was a breeze and check out was even easier. Shuttle takes a little time but overall WORTH IT!

Awesome service, very friendly and attentive to detail. The gentleman who helped us made some good suggestions which we accepted as good advice. The vehicle we rented 2024 Tucson Hyundai gave us a pleasant surprise. Worth the money we paid.
