Got a tiny scratch and dent somewhere along the trip. Cabrera made me file a police report, kept my 500 deposit, open a claim with my insurance company and made me miss my flight. I would not recommend using this place or if these are the rules of PR just don't get a rental car. Awful experience.
So sad to have to write this review cause I was really looking forward to renting with this company as they were referred to my husband and I !! Well let's say they were horrible ! My husband and I were flying in on 2/13 around 12 PM to San Juan Flight was missed due to a plane change and had to wait till 5pm to fly out and get to San Juan at 8pm I called Cabrera and explained the aotuation the woman on the phone was so nice and great and tried to help ! She had emailed me a form to sign and I emailed my CC and license and this signed form back to her She told me she would call me after she spoke to manager and she did !! Manager was so rude and careless she told us we could still rent but would have to wait here at the airport till 8am the n Dr morning to get the car !! Absolutely insanity !! She refused to leave the keys in car and had us pick up when we arrived at airport !! They are heartless and all they care about is $$$$ .. I did find another place right next door to them who were exceptional !! They even waited for me 30 mins passed there close time just to ensure we had a car ! I will never even attempt to Rebt from Economy !! The manger is a joke !!
By far, the best place I've ever rented a car in Puerto Rico and I've been renting cars here for the last 10 years! The price they gave me over the phone didn't change. It included insurance and tolls. Fast check in. Perfect. I spoke with Zuly. She was knowledgeable, highly competent and professional. She spoke Spanish and English and had me in and out in under 10 minutes flat. I simply can't believe it. Thankful.

We rented a car from this local company. They are off the airport but only a few minutes away and the shuttle transport is fast and easy. The young lady at the counter (Sully) treated us professionally and was clear in all the instructions and charges. I got a small Hyuandai Accent, a few scratches but the car was clean inside and we had no issues driving to a lot of places in the Island. Definitely recommend this place.
