Alamo Rent A Car in Carolina

Everything was perfect! Congrats Alamo, thanks to you guys I had a very good experience, I saved money and can reach very nice places I couldn't get maybe by Uber, I was afraid to rent a car in Puerto Rico because the google reviews of other companies mostly but this service was unexpected honestly, just things like we had to wait like 10-15 minutes for the car and not was 100% clean inside and outside but that was not a big deal, the car worked perfectly, people was effective and helpful, no holdings in my credit card, no hidden fees so I'm so happy I rent the car with you guys!

Picked up the car at midnight. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. Had to clean the car myself the morning after I picked it up. Ended up having to delay a meeting because I was embarrassed to pick up my sales appointment in such a dirty and smelly car. Called customer service and was never offered the option to exchange it. Was rushed through the customer service script and was told that a note was made. I have rented with Alamo before and I know this is their standard of quality and service. I remained surprised and disappointed!

Second time that we used Alamo car rental and no questions about it the best car rental service in Puerto Rico. Their service from pick up to return is top notch. Their personnel are very customer oriented providing the best service. Their vehicles are always clean, great performance, and in brand new conditions.

I had to travel last minute to PR for a family emergency a few weeks ago. I used this company for the 1st time, it was super easy to make a reservation. When I went to pick the car up the car was ready, clean and in good condition. Pick up/drop off was super quick and easy. Super friendly staff. Alamo is the only company that has the BEST affordable prices They have a forever client with me. Highly recommend this car company!!

Great car. Easy pickup and drop off. Dropped off at 3am they had people there awake and extremely friendly! Reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

Rented here at the end of June 2024, for two weeks. Smooth pick up and drop off. What we agree at the time of rental was the price we paid for the rental itself, plus any toll road charges but, very reasonable charges for the Toll roads I used, and the vehicle I got, zero issues with it and we drove a lot. Thanks Alamo San Juan team. Definitely recommend you.

Great customer service in San Juan. Arrived at 1am to find my car waiting in the parking garage. Skipped the line by completing my rental online while traveling. No need to worry about the tolls as they bulled me upon my return. Super easy. Thank you!

Alamo at Puerto Rico airport was so easy and convenient. I got a great deal on Hyundai Palisade SUV. It was loaded with Sirus, cruise assist with lane control and auto stop and hold. It had navigation and was three rows. Wonderful experience with easy return next to terminal. Love Alamo now.
