Bad experience. Never again and don't recommend this outfit. Woman very condescending. Shouldn't be dealing with the public with that attitude
I recently had someone crash into my Ford F150 - insurance was having it repaired and organized me a rental replacement through Enterprise Carleton Place. I have rented many vehicles through the years, by far the experience I had with this Carleton Place Enterprise branch was the best. A clean Dodge Ram truck was provided quickly and efficiently. Service agent (Omar - I think) was friendly and helpful. The next day I got a customer service call asking if all was good. The day before It had to be returned, I got a reminder from Enterprise. I took it back today and had the same friendly efficient service. I would recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car Carleton Place to anyone. Thank you for providing a great experience!
Not happy at all with my experience. Booked an 8 passenger premium SUV over a month ago to be told today an hour before picking it up that all I would be able to get was a 7 seater minivan. Not acceptable at all. We will now have to take 2 vehicles, spend twice the amount on gas as our luggage and equipment will not fit.
The customer service that this location offers is second to none. Omar, the service representative is great at his job. Rental of this Dodge Ram pickup was great to have while traveling for business trip. One grip that I have is dealing with enterprise at the corporate level. They didn't provide a customer service that was satisfactory. If it wasn't for the staff at CP location, I might have brought my service somewhere else.

Great experience at the Carleton Place location of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was given a nice, clean, newer car (Lexus) and everyone was very helpful. When I returned the car after a week-long rental they provided me a ride home (in town). Will definitely rent here again.
Beyond frustrated at this point with our experience. Insurance covered a rental at this location, they charged my husband for "additional insurance" that he never agreed to purchasing, after chasing them for a week, they refunded the unauthorized charge..... two days later (on Good Friday) with no contact or authorization, they've put through another charge on our credit card. Wouldn't recommend giving your business to these folks by choice, who have no problem stealing your money...
