Si lees esto y piensas alquilar autocaravana en esta empresa y en Tenerife, te recomiendo que no lo hagas. La autocaravana que nos alquilaron estaba llena de problemas, los grifos perdian agua y el inodoro tambien, el agua caliente nunca anduvo, faltaban vasos, tazas, espatula, entre otras cosas. Nos la entregaron sucia , el compartimiento de aguas negras con olor a pis. Fue una fea experiencia, no se lo deseo a nadie.
If you read this and plan to rent a motorhome from this company and in Tenerife, I recommend that you don't do it. The motorhome that they rented us was full of problems, the taps leaked water and so did the toilet, the hot water never worked, glasses, cups, and a spatula were missing, among other things. They gave it to us dirty, the sewage compartment smelled of pee. It was an ugly experience, I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
Antes de comprar nuestra autocaravana lei las resenas de Google y en una o dos hablaba de lo mal que funcionaba el servicio postventa. No hice ni caso siguiendo mi instinto que no me suele fallar y...efectivamente no me equivoque. Nuestra caravana ya no tiene garantia y cualquier problema me lo siguen arreglando igual. Si tengo que pagar algo pues normal, lo pago pero el trato es estupendo. Cristian es fantastico y el personal del taller muy competente y en general toda la empresa. Esto es como todo. Quieres que te traten bien...pues trata bien tu tambien. Una vez entre otros comentarios buenos lei uno malo sobre el dueno y tengo que decir que con nosotros siempre ha sido muy educado y nos ha atendido genial. Recomiendo esta empresa totalmente.
Before buying our motorhome I read the Google reviews and one or two talked about how poorly the after-sales service worked. I didn't pay any attention following my instinct which doesn't usually fail me and...indeed I wasn't wrong. Our caravan no longer has a warranty and they continue to fix any problem the same. If I have to pay something, then normal, I pay it but the treatment is great. Cristian is fantastic and the workshop staff is very competent and the entire company in general. This is like everything. You want to be treated well... then treat yourself well too. Once, among other good comments, I read a bad one about the owner and I have to say that with us he has always been very polite and has taken great care of us. I totally recommend this company.
Si estas pensando en comprar tu primera autocaravana o furgo no puedes ni siquiera pensar en ir a otro sitio. En ningun otro lado te daran el trato que se te dara aqui. Hemos comprado en estos ultimos anos...2 autocaravanas y 1 furgocamper a Rent Camper Tenerife. Nos sobra experiencia con ellos y solamente podemos decir que el trato y el servicio ha sido siempre excelente. Nos ayudaron en todo momento a buscar algo que se ajuste a nuestras necesidades y a nuestras exigencias. Nos ayudaron siempre a tramitar las financiaciones con las diferentes financieras que trabajan, buscandonos un buen porcentaje de interes. Christian, Ohiane, Eduardo, Cristo.. ETC... TODOS han sido siempre maravillosos con nosotros. Desde ventas hasta el taller y administracion. Si la autocaravana llegase a venir incompleta ellos mismos te la completan para la entrega, toldo..tv..retrocamara..panel solar.. etc. Y si quieres anadirle algo extra, te hacen un descuento por hacerlo en su propio taller. La verdad es que solo nos queda agradecer siempre por la atencion y dedicacion, se nota que saben lo que hacen y que les gusta este mundo tanto como a nosotros. La ultima adquisicion fue una Giottiline compacta y estamos ENAMORADOS. !Gracias chicos! ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE
If you are thinking of buying your first motorhome or van, you cannot even think about going anywhere else. Nowhere else will they give you the treatment that you will be given here. In recent years we have purchased...2 motorhomes and 1 campervan from Rent Camper Tenerife. We have plenty of experience with them and we can only say that the treatment and service has always been excellent. They helped us at all times to find something that fits our needs and demands. They always helped us process financing with the different financial companies that work, finding us a good interest percentage. Christian, Ohiane, Eduardo, Cristo... ETC... ALL have always been wonderful to us. From sales to the workshop and administration. If the motorhome arrives incomplete, they will complete it themselves for delivery, awning...tv...rear camera...solar panel...etc. And if you want to add something extra, they give you a discount for doing it in their own workshop. The truth is that we can only always thank them for their attention and dedication, it is clear that they know what they are doing and that they like this world as much as we do. Our last purchase was a compact Giottiline and we are IN LOVE. Thanks guys! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Einer der wenigen Werkstatten die Ahnung haben. Man bekommt alles was ein Van oder Wohnmobil braucht, vom Fliegengitter bis hin zur Toilette. Mit Englisch kommt man gut voran dort. Werden im Dezember noch einmal dort mit paar Kleinigkeiten die am Van gemacht werden mussen hinfahren.
One of the few workshops that have a clue. You get everything a van or motorhome needs, from fly screens to toilets. You can get along well there with English. Will be going there again in December with a few little things that need to be done to the van.
Hemos alquilado 4 dias esta autocaravana en Fuerteventura y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Estaba todo nuevo a estrenar y super bien equipado, nos han dado una atencion y un servicio buenisimo. Repetiremos seguro.
We have rented this motorhome for 4 days in Fuerteventura and it has been a wonderful experience. Everything was brand new and super well equipped, they gave us great attention and service. We will repeat for sure.
