Definitely 5 star rental. We booked through Final Rentals and it was fulfilled by Vacay Carz. We rented a a 4wd Daihatsu (Toyota Rush similar). Not going to lie, the car has 100k miles and had been through some scratches on the outside. However, tires, breaks, starter, engine and transmission were in perfect working order. AC was fine for a car of that age. The nice thing was the ground clearance and tire size to have the confidence to drive anywhere. We only went to tourist destinations but that included a long bumpy ride to Grand Eden Estate and the famed drive to Anse Chastanet. The car performed flawlessly, never even needing to put into 4wd. Just took our time and drove around deep potholes when possible, although I must say that 98% of the time the roads are just fine. I don't know what all the fuss is about online. The rental pickup was a breeze, as was drop off. We had a small issue of the rear license plate detaching one day and Vacay Carz took care of it right away. Delroy's responsiveness through WhatsApp was perfect. Renting a car on St Lucia is pretty expensive. However, the freedom to just go when you want and not wait for taxi's is a must.

I have found this business on Google maps after I arrived on the island thinking that I can get around the island using public transport. How wrong was I. The heat was unbearable and impossible to walk up and down rhe hills. I regretted I didn't rent the car in advance. I messaged number of car rentals companies and Vacaycarz was the only one that helped me. Not only they delivered the car to me the very next day at no cost, but I was also able to drop it off at the airport before my flight. Fabulous and fast service, the quote on the email was what I paid next day at the delivery, they arrived with card payment machine, so no worries about the payment. The car was great and responsive, clean and pleasure to drive. Every email was replied to within few minutes. Fabulous service, and thank you so much! You saved my holiday

That vehicle made my day to day driving activities, around the Island of St. Lucia, so much easier and exciting. I was a little curious at first, because of my past experiences, with other car rental companies in St. Lucia. However once I saw the car at the airport. Right away I was very impressed and excited. But when I drove from Vieux Fort to Gros Islet, I was even more impressed with the vehicle. To see that the fuel gauge on the car didn't even move, from the full position. This helped me save a lot on fuel, because with the high cost of fuel in St. Lucia. It's important to have cars with great fuel mph efficiency. Hopefully next time I visit St. Lucia again, this vehicle will still be available and in good working condition, as it is now. When expanding, please try to purchase more of this exact type of vehicle. They are very economical, on fuel. I enjoyed every moment I spent with this vehicle. Great experience using VacayCarz Rentals for our holiday. Really responsive from the get go on google chat was easily able to discuss options and get an understanding beforehand. Also seemed the best price from the comparisons I looked at overall. Car was really cool, pretty flashy looking which was unexpected and got compliments off hotel staff drove really smooth and was really economical. We had for 8 days and drove from south to north and it cost us PS30-40 fuel overall for our whole trip. We got the Suzuki Vitara 4x4 and would definitely recommend a 4x4 as St Lucia has some super steep hills and off the beaten track beaches. Only downside was it was missing a rear view mirror which was no trouble but would have been preferable. Definitely recommend to use VacayCarz Rentals if you're visiting the island you won't be disappointed!

Loved how I can obtain my Driver's permit through the company and not have to wait in any lines upon arrival to do so. My rental was very clean, new, extremely comfortable. I felt safe and secure in the SUV at all times, no issues with the rental well maintained over all very pleased. Being able to get off the long flight to the island and know that a team member will meet you with your rental is brilliant literally no stress at all and well organized. Had a great time with Delroy's car. It was very easy to make the reservation with him. He was very responsive with all our messages and questions. Pick up and drop off was very smooth at the airport. Our Suzuki Vitara was in great condition! Awesome car. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone coming to St. Lucia. Believe me, you will need a car!
