I had great experience with islander cars. Keria was very responsive to my questions and helpful in providing information. I rented Suzuki Splash which was the only car available at that time. I would go for a 4-wheel drive next time I have to rent a car as the roads are steep and curvy. Noah was very prompt and thorough in answering all questions as he handed over and picked up the car from the airport. Overall, a good experience renting car with islander.

We reserved a car prior to arriving. The reservation was made by email, with all responses being prompt and courteous. When we landed at Hewanorra, we were met in the arrivals hall by the agent, who was welcoming and friendly. He took us to the car, a Diahatsu Terios, which was clean and ready to go. We chose the Terios based on multiple posts recommending a 4 wheel drive vehicle. As he was orienting us to the car, the agent indicated (correctly) that we would never use 4 wheel drive; although we didn't use the 4 wheel drive, we appreciated the clearance on the road in to Anse Chastanet beach, which started with a very steep hill and which had a surface for almost its entire length that had once been paved but was now completely broken up. (See pictures below). The Diahatsu got great mileage, although if you want rapid acceleration and power ask about another car. The return at the end of the trip was equally quick and easy. Pricing was as good or better than the competitors. Islander Cars made the entire experience easy.

I had superb service from Islander Cars in St Lucia. When my first car had a problem they had a new one waiting for me outside the accommodation first thing the next morning. Pick up and drop of was a breeze. Highly recommended.

I rented a Terios from islander cars for a week in St Lucia. The car was in great shape, good tires, no issues at all. Keria was very easy to work and highly responsive over email. The pick and drop off was simple. This car went through all the windy, bumpy roads we wanted without complaint! I also appreciated that it was not covered in stickers identifying it as a rental car like ones from other rental companies.
