Great service and nice staff. We rented a car, and what kind of a car!!! Toyota CRH automatic for a trip to Tarragona. We got the car delivered at our campsite. We've gotten a full tutorial of all the options. We were so excited that we booked the car for the next day for Valencia!!! We drove more than 500km. Only needing 30 liters of fuel. Anava a demanar el servei perque havia de traslladar uns mobles desde tortosa a bcn i sempre m'agrada mirar ressenyes. La resposta que doneu al senyor Isidre em sorpren. No m'ha agradat els arguments que feu servir, com heu tractat la situacio i la falta de rigurositat alhora de tractar la incidencia. No crec que aquest senyor vulgui llencar-se terra a sobra la seva taulada. Sorpresa que a sobre volgueu tornar a cobrar el servei. En part us contradieu i reconeixeu q heu tingut alguna responsabilitat en l'errada al acceptar q el torni sense omplir diposit, etc.en fin.... Amb la resposta que em dones ja ho dius tot. ...

Muy buena la experiencia, llegamos con las bicicletas y ya nos tenian la furgoneta en el lugar indicado preparada, el vehiculo perfecto para lo que necesitabamos, que eran dos plazas y hueco para llevar las bicicletas , pensabamos que las tendriamos que llevar tumbadas pero entraron de pie para no marcarse , incluso nos dejaron pulpos largos perfectos para la fijacion de las mismas. Cuando llegamos al dia siguiente hasta Bilbao ya nos estaban esperando como se acordo para recoger la furgoneta. Un 10, repetiremos y recomendaremos sin lugar a dudas.
