I took the car to be repaired, on the recommendation of some acquaintances, initially to make a diagnosis to find out why the car is losing coolant. Apart from the problem of coolant loss, the car had absolutely no technical problems, only certain more worn components given the age of the car. As I considered that the service can be reliable (according to the recommendation), I decided to change several components (not broken, but worn, because the car is 10 years old, mentioning that the car parts were from the factory), asking the mechanics to do a more detailed diagnosis, and where they considered that it was necessary to change a part, to change it, and at my request to change the clutch disc as well, because we think it should be changed. When picking up the car from the service, after I was told that it is necessary to bleed the clutch for 48 hours (???), I had only unpleasant surprises. Shifting the gearbox into gear was extremely difficult, forced, and when I reported the problem, I was answered with well, why did you want to change the clutch?, and I was held responsible for a poor quality workmanship for which I paid money and time. I was told that the car needs to be driven for a while, and the clutch will work fine, so I started for home. When I started, I noticed that the cars air conditioning stopped working (it was working perfectly when I brought the car, mentioning, again, that the only problem was the loss of coolant - which was solved by changing a hose), so I returned to service the same day to find out what the problem was. When I returned, I was told that this is the problem of another working day, they are no longer staying over the schedule to see what the problem is. In the end, they put it back in service, and after an hour without any answer, I was told that it was a compressor problem and they didnt have an electrician at the service at that time, so they would call back the next day and want me announce when the car can be picked up. The next day my messages were ignored, and as a conclusion of the problem they told me the compressor is broken, we dont know if it was broken before or not, so we dont assume the costs. I dont know if this is the usual practice at this service, but it is certainly not acceptable for the staff to make fun of a customer for the money paid for a service. I came with a minor problem with the car, and I left with other problems that did not exist when the car was handed over, a train of nerves and a ton of wasted time. I do not recommend the service in any way, the lack of respect, the lack of quality of the work, the mockery by saying we are not responsible for this problem, how do we know if it was not damaged before? its just a sign of unprofessionalism.

Am dus masina la reparat, la recomandarea unor cunostinte, initial pentru a face un diagnostic pentru a afla de ce pierde masina lichid de racire. In afara problemei de pierdere a lichidului de racire, masina nu avea absolut nicio problema tehnica, doar anumite componente mai uzate date fiind varsta masinii. Cum am considerat ca service-ul poate fi de incredere (conform recomandarii) am decis schimbarea mai multor componente (nu stricate, ci uzate, deoarece masina are o vechime de 10 ani, mentionand ca piesele masinii erau din fabrica), rugand mecanicii sa faca o diagnosticare mai amanuntita, iar unde considerau ca era necesara schimbarea unei piese, sa se schimbe, iar la cererea mea sa schimbe si discul de ambreiaj, deoarece consideram ca trebuie schimbat. La ridicarea masinii din service, dupa ce mi s-a spus ca este necesara aerisirea ambreiajului 48 de ore (???), am avut parte doar de surprize neplacute. Intrarea in viteze la cutia de viteze se facea extrem de greu, fortat, iar in momentul in care am semnalat problema mi s-a raspuns cu pai si de ce ati vrut domne sa schimbati ambreiajul?, fiind eu tras la raspundere pentru o manopera de proasta calitate pentru care am platit bani si timp. Mi s-a pus ca masina trebuie rulata o perioada, iar ambreiajul va merge in regula, asa ca am pornit spre casa. Cand am pornit, am observat ca aerul conditionat al masinii nu mai functiona (functiona perfect cand am adus masina, mentionand, din nou, ca singura problema era pierderea lichidului de racire - care s-a solutionat prin schimbarea unui furtun), asa ca m-am intors la service in aceeasi zi pentru a afla care era problema. La intoarcere mi s-a reprosat ca aceasta este problema de alta zi de lucru, nu mai stau ei peste program sa vada care este problema. Pana la urma, au bagat-o inapoi in service, iar dupa o ora fara niciun raspuns mi s-a comunicat ca este o problema de compresor si nu au electrician la service in acel moment, asa ca vor reveni cu un apel urmatoarea zi si ma vor anunta cand poate fi ridicata masina. Urmatoarea zi mi-au fost ignorate mesajele, iar ca concluzie a problemei mi se spune compresorul este stricat, noi nu stim daca era stricat din inainte sau nu, asa ca nu ne asumam costurile. Nu stiu daca aceasta este practica obisnuita la acest service, dar cu siguranta nu este de acceptat ca personalul sa isi bata joc de un client pe banii platiti pe un serviciu. Am venit cu o problema minora la masina, si am plecat cu alte probleme care nu existau la predarea masinii, un car de nervi si o tona de timp pierdut. Nu recomand in niciun fel serviciul, lipsa de respect, lipsa calitatii lucrarii, bataia de joc prin a spune noi nu ne asumam aceasta problema, de unde sa stim daca nu era stricata din inainte? este doar semn de neprofesionalism.
