Locamos ai um Onix e meu esposo devolveu o carro logo cedo por causa da nossa viagem de volta ao nosso destino. Vcs nos deram um carro com o tanque de gasolina vazio, carro sujo. Problema na mocinete estava pessima. Meu esposo informou voces do problema e voces iriam fazer a troca do carro . Mais nao ia ressarcir a gasolina que ja tinhamos colocado. Conhecemos muitas pessoas em Campina Grande e vou estar relatando isso em rede social. Pq acho que o primordial e preocupar com a vida de seus clientes e o bem estar deles . Uma falta de excelencia de voces . E chegar ai ter que esperar o dono fazer o pix pra devolver nosso dinheiro e teve que nos dar em notas com nos indo viajar . E deixamos a metade do tanque de gasolina pra voces e voces nao devolvem . Falta de excelencia entregar um carro com problemas. E sem gasolina pro cliente. Devemos ser honestos em tudo . Vcs pedem R$ 1.500 reais por algo que acontecer no carro e ainda entrega ele de qualquer jeito para o cliente, sem se preocupar em primeiro lugar com a vida do cliente. Que voces pensem mais no bem estar dos seis clientes tbm e nao so na empresa de voces .
We rented an Onix there and my husband returned the car early because of our trip back to our destination. You gave us a car with an empty gas tank, a dirty car. Problem with the motorcycle was terrible. My husband informed you of the problem and you were going to exchange the car. But it wouldn't reimburse the gasoline we had already added. We met a lot of people in Campina Grande and I will be reporting this on social media. Because I think the main thing is to worry about the lives of your customers and their well-being. A lack of excellence on your part. And when we got there, we had to wait for the owner to do the pix to return our money and he had to give it to us in notes when we were going to travel. And we left half the gas tank for you and you don't give it back. Lack of excellence delivering a car with problems. And no gas for the customer. We must be honest in everything. You ask R$ 1,500 reais for something that happens in the car and still deliver it to the customer anyway, without worrying about the customer's life in the first place. May you think more about the well-being of your six customers too, and not just your company.
Primeira vez locando um veiculo com a planetcar e fiquei muito satisfeito com o excelente atendimento, tudo bem esclarecido no inicio dos tramites, carro limpo e novinho , facilidade na retirada e na devolucao do veiculo . Nota 10 e super recomendo.
