Nao tivemos uma boa experiencia com a Movida Campina Grande Aeroporto. Minha reserva estava toda errada, demoraram para finalizar a locacao e desde o primeiro atendimento ao ultimo (na devolucaosentimos como se estivessemos pedindo um favor pra eles. Nao nos sentimentos bem atendidos.
We did not have a good experience with Movida Campina Grande Aeroporto. My reservation was all wrong, they took a long time to finalize the rental and from the first service to the last (when we returned it, we felt as if we were asking them a favor. We didn't feel well attended to.
Minha ultima experiencia foi pessima!! Ha anos contratamos os servicos da movida em aluguel de veiculos e ja ate compramos um movida semi novos por acreditar na qualidade de manutencao e procedimento da empresa. Sempre fui maravilhosamente atendida. Porem, na ultima vez, apenas na devolucao, tive bastante dor de cabeca. Eis meu relato: meu esposo alugou um carro e no dia da devolucao ele estava de plantao, encerrei minha atividade na empresa e sai 1h mais cedo para devolver o carro, andei miseros 3kms com o carro para devolver.. foi atendida pela Leticia (extremamente mal educada, atrofiante, prepotente, ignorante e debochada {o que pra mim e o pior}). A mesma hora nenhuma conversou comigo no ato da entrega. O aluguel estava no nome do meu esposo, ela nao me questionou se era motorista reserva, nesse momento, ela recebeu o carro, e quis me cobrar a taxa de motorista extra referente aos 5 dias, sendo que eu nao usei o carro, so apenas 3km. Achei um absurdo, mas fui super educada, ela bateu de ombros, fez cara de deboche e disse que nao podia fazer nada pois REGRAS eram para ser cumpridas. Liguei entao para o meu esposo e expliquei o ocorrido, ele mandou levar o carro de volta e pagavamos mais uma diaria, compensava mais, porem nao era possivel ja que ela tinha recebido o carro sem antes confirmar as informacoes necessarias. gracas a Deus eu consegui falar com a gerente Renally que de forma AGIL e extremamente PRESTATIVA, profissional e COMPETENTE, veio a me auxiliar na melhor forma de resolucao do problema. Ainda no final tentei conversar com a atendente inicial e ela mais uma vez foi arrogante comigo. Onde cheguei a conclusao de que ela estava no local errado, ela nao condiz com a politica que a movida oferece para os clientes! Se voltarei a fazer negocios com a movida? Ainda nao sei no momento, tanto que, meu esposo precisou locar outro veiculo e pegamos Localiza, preferimos pagar um pouco mais caro, mas nao estamos mendigando nem pedindo favor para sermos mal tratados por ninguem. Minha avaliacao e movida AEROPORTO, nao fui atendida ainda pela unidade centro!
My last experience was terrible!! We have been hiring Moda's services for vehicle rental for years and have even purchased a semi-new Moda because we believe in the company's quality of maintenance and procedures. I have always received wonderful service. However, the last time, just when returning it, I had a lot of headaches. Here is my story: my husband rented a car and on the day of return he was on duty, I ended my activity at the company and left 1 hour early to return the car, I walked a measly 3kms with the car to return it... it was attended to by Leticia (extremely ill-mannered, stunted, arrogant, ignorant and debauched {which for me is the worst}). At the same time, no one spoke to me upon delivery. The rental was in my husband's name, she didn't ask me if I was a reserve driver, at that moment, she received the car, and wanted to charge me the extra driver fee for the 5 days, as I didn't use the car, just 3km. I thought it was absurd, but I was super polite, she shrugged her shoulders, made a mocking face and said she couldn't do anything because RULES were to be followed. I then called my husband and explained what had happened, he ordered the car to be taken back and we paid another daily rate, it was more than worth it, but it was not possible since she had received the car without first confirming the necessary information. thank God I managed to speak to manager Renally who, in an AGILE way, is extremely PROFESSIONAL, professional and COMPETENT, helping me in the best way to resolve the problem. At the end I tried to talk to the initial attendant and she was once again arrogant towards me. Where I came to the conclusion that it was in the wrong location, it does not comply with the policy that the company offers to customers! Will I do business with the company again? I still don't know at the moment, so much so that my husband needed to rent another vehicle and we took Localiza, we preferred to pay a little more, but we are not begging or asking for a favor to be treated badly by anyone. My evaluation is moved by AIRPORT, I haven't been attended to by the center unit yet!
Unidade nao aceita pagamento de credito por aproximacao, fiquei 3 horas tentando resolver e nada, sair sem o carro.

Aluguei um carro sujo e falaram que nao iao cobra a lavagem pq eles estavam alugando o carro sujo. No Dia que fui Devolver o carro eles me cobram a lavagem Sendo que eles tiraram foto antes e depois e viram que o carro continuava na mesma situacao
