Liguei pra fazer uma cotacao e ja no atendimento telefonico a pessoa que atendeu, muito despreparado sem educacao e ignorante, falou: Macedo locadora bom dia, perguntei o nome dele pra desejar bom dia e continuar a fala e ele grosseiramente repetiu que era da locadora, eu disse sim da locadora mas o seu nome Sr? E ouvi: a Sra ligou pra locadora vai falar? E pela terceira vez perguntei o nome e a pessoa responde: a Sra quer saber o meu nome e nao se identificou tambem. Eu disse meu nome e que sabia e era da locadora mas gosto de desejar bom dia para quem atende o telefone o chamando pelo nome, ao que eu ouvi: meu nome e Ricardo, pronto pode falar (imaginem uma forma grosseira e rispida de falar pois foi mais um pouquinho do que vc imaginou) eu desejei bom dia e perguntei se tinha o carro de 7 lugares. Ele respondeu: nao a gente nao tem. Mas se a Sra esperar... Ai eu interrompi e por conta da indelicadeza dele nao quis ouvir a sugestao, respondi que ele foi grosseiro e mal educado e nao quero mais locar carro nesse lugar. Pessima impressao. Aceite a minha sugestao: se reciclem e aprendem a ouvir o cliente, nao custa falar o nome e fazer um atendimento Cortez. Boa sorte aos demais clientes, espero que sejam bem tratados porque eu nao fui.
