Valoracion muy positiva en todos los aspectos. Reserve el vehiculo por la web con dos semanas de antelacion, y en fin de semana. Ese mismo lunes se pusieron en contacto conmigo me explicaron las opciones quedando todo muy claro. Asi fue. Se respeto absolutamente todo lo acordado via telefono. El vehiculo estaba en perfecto estado informandome de las pequenas faltas que tenia e invitandome a tambien tomar las fotos que estimase para evitar cualquier duda. Incluso para su entrega. Experiencia muy muy positiva que sin duda repetire cuando sea necesario. Precio muy razonable,condiciones buenas ,trato excelente y cercano ( y claro) , vehiculo impecable.....pues nada...a repetir. Very positive assessment in all aspects. I reserved the vehicle on the website two weeks in advance, and on the weekend. That same Monday they contacted me and explained the options, making everything very clear. That's how it was. Absolutely everything agreed upon via telephone was respected. The vehicle was in perfect condition, informing me of the small defects it had and also inviting me to take any photos I deemed necessary to avoid any doubt. Even for delivery. Very very positive experience that I will undoubtedly repeat when necessary. Very reasonable price, good conditions, excellent and close treatment (and of course), impeccable vehicle... well, nothing... to repeat. Greetings.
El vocabulario no contiene suficientes palabras para expresar lo agradecido que estoy con Iberfurgo. Tenia una reserva para una furgoneta hecha por internet con un mes de antelacion con la conocida empresa internacional Enterprise Rent a Car en Torrelavega. Al llegar al lugar y hora establecidos el sabado 23 de diciembre a las 13 horas, me percate que la oficina estaba cerrada y no habia furgoneta. Tenia que hacer una mudanza desde Cantabria a Asturias y, despues de llamar la atencion al cliente de Enterprise, me di cuenta que tenia que buscarme la vida, ya que la unica solucion que me dieron fue entrar a su pagina web y poner una reclamacion por escrito... Mientras tanto eran las 2 de la tarde el sabado antes de Navidad y estaba literalmente desesperado. Habia pedido vacaciones y tenia que dejar la casa alquilada el dia 28 de diciembre, asi que era imposible postergar la mudanza. Me sente en mi coche y empece a llamar todos los numeros que encontre en internet. Nadie me respondia, hasta que por fin, gracias a Dios, un senor de Iberfurgo me cogio el telefono. Le explique lo ocurrido y a los 5 minutos me ofrecio una furgoneta para la misma tarde. Un companero fue a la oficina de Santander a las 4 de la tarde, repito, el sabado antes de Navidad y fuera del horario de apertura, y me entrego una furgoneta nueva de fabrica! Pude hacer mi mudanza y todo se lo debo a Iberfurgo! Moraleja: dejemos de engordar a las multinacionales que no cuidan a sus clientes y apoyemos a las empresas locales. !Gracias de corazon Iberfurgo!

I had a reservation for a van made online a month in advance with the well-known international company Enterprise Rent a Car in Torrelavega. Upon arriving at the established place and time on Saturday, December 23 at 1:00 p.m., I realized that the office was closed and there was no van. I had to make a move from Cantabria to Asturias and, after calling Enterprise customer service, I realized that I had to find my way, since the only solution they gave me was to go to their website and file a claim for written... Meanwhile it was 2pm on the Saturday before Christmas and I was literally desperate. I had asked for a vacation and had to leave the rented house on December 28, so it was impossible to postpone the move. I sat in my car and started calling all the numbers I found on the internet. Nobody answered me, until finally, thank God, a man from Iberfurgo picked up the phone. I explained what happened and after 5 minutes he offered me a van for the same afternoon. A colleague went to the Santander office at 4 in the afternoon, I repeat, the Saturday before Christmas and outside opening hours, and gave me a factory-new van! I was able to make my move and I owe it all to Iberfurgo! Moral: let's stop fattening multinationals that don't take care of their customers and let's support local companies.
