Very happy with service overall. Minibus pick up and check in took a little time, but it was still easy. The car was good and did us well for a week around Asturias. Only slight criticism would be that the car could have been a bit cleaner. Return of car very easy and they immediately checked for damage and r leased the deposit. We didn't realise but a luggage tag fell off our bag when we picked the car up - they messaged us during the week and kept it aside for us to collect when we returned the car. Would use again at Santander or other locations.

Fabulous experience overall from picking up the car to dropping it off. No hidden fees. Super friendly workers including Teresa and Alex. The car was great. I will use Click rent again.

Once they open in Santander, I'm using only them for car rental. Regular renting did not cause any problems at any time. P.S. Teresa is great :)

Both Elena and Teresa were really friendly and helped us with every question we had. The pick-up and return of the car were very straightforward, the only misunderstanding was with Check24 - when you pick full coverage with them, you are not fully covered with ClickRent however. The empolyee was very patient and explained the difference, eventually we paid 36EUR for full coverage with them additionally. All employees understood English really well and treated us with patience and friendliness. The car itself was clean and fully fueled when we picked it up, all in all the service worked flawlessly.

This was the cheapest rental we found in Santander. The car we got was a Volkswagen Caddy diesel, modern, spacious and perfect for touring around the mountains of Cantabria. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have a courtesy minivan from the airport terminal to the office which is just a 1 minute drive. Easily walkable if you need to. I will definitely use Clickrent again.

Clear round for me, well done! Thank you Sandra & Elena for the service. Despite the fact I didn't call for the shuttle, I simply walked there. Very easy and close by, just one short stretch without sidewalk. + lower price than competition + very quick reception of the car + no waiting time whatsoever + brand new car (Hyundai i20 in our case) + very quick drop off, shuttle left with us right away

ClickRent provided a good car rental service at a fair price and minimal hassle. Our car was nearly new, clean and reliable and the collection and returns process quick and straightforward. Shuttle service to and from the airport (although almost walking distance) was efficient. My only reservation is that our car came with no spare tyre (as is apparently common for rentals in Spain) and we were strongly encouraged/pressured to take breakdown insurance for cover in the event of a puncture. Overall, better service than we've experienced with many larger companies.

Our experience with Teresa was fantastic - so helpful. The Terms and Conditions in English I would have to say are quite unclear, but Teresa explained fully and clearly. We were even upgraded to a nicer car. No scams or excessive holds on my credit card with ClickFull. I'd really recommend this option. Thanks ClickRent!
