They gave me a car with one tick mark empty in the fuel tank so I returned it that way and they charged me EUR20 for it not being all the way full. Very unreasonable and not helpful and kept telling me I was lying.

This is the worst place to rent a car from! Never go there, the manager is a horrible person and they try to steal, charged me extra 50 euro because very little sand was in the car, im in vacation on an island... with beaches. and then threaten to call the police even thought i was the one being abused. By far the worst experience i ever had. And when i left that place a group of 4 women said they had the exact same experience. Never rent from them. Would give zero stars if i could

10/10 - Impeccable and Caring Service; I am delighted to share my experience with FC Rent Car. The service was simply perfect: professionalism, a smile, availability, and responsiveness. The team was not only very kind but also extremely attentive. After returning the car, we were accompanied to our hotel, which was really appreciated since we were quite loaded with luggage. Quick and easy car rent. For additional 15eur/day you get full insurance coverage. The car itself, eventhough it had only 6k km on the clock was slightly worn (as you'd expect in such mixed altitude island). Brakes squeky and some noises from the suspension. Maybe one minor downside is that the office does not have a dedicated parking space, so it took some time to find a spot nearby on the street before i could surrender the car (thats not a company issue though). Other than that good quality service.

I absolutely do not recommend this place to rent! very expensive very bad service, personally was very unpleasant. we were going to rent a car and got out to withdraw money when we were back the lady had rented the car we were supposed to have to another! and she was so mean when we asked why she did that! absolute worst service ever! Panda rented for day trip. Due to bad weather we returned earlier than expected and the agency closed (3.30pm) with reopening at 5pm. Upon insisting they collected keys and returned a deposit of 300 euros. They were supposed to take us back to the hotel by car like on the way out, but instead we had to make do and walk back, tired and tired also because it was raining. I recommend, if you can, rely on the service the hotel offers. Its a guarantee.

WE WILL TAKE LEGAL PROCEDURES TO FLY! My partner and I rented a car from July 9 for a period of 3 days. Already there is no actual inventory between arrival on site and the return of the keys. What a surprise we were when we returned to France to see that he had collected our deposit of 300 euros without explanation! After finding out it would be for scratches! Assumer vos actes ce n est pas parceque vous souhaitez avoir plus d argent qu il faut encaisser les cautions des clients. I made the request for a rental car through the hotel in good faith. Read the reviews afterwards . When picking up and dropping off the car, very unfriendly and deficient staff. poor rental conditions. Danger; Fully comprehensive insurance, with surcharge, but tires and underbody excluded?!? The vehicle was received in poor condition, the clutch was almost broken, the Corsa whistled at speeds of 90 km/h and the front door was probably not replaced properly. No navigation system, seemed obvious to us, was probably our mistake. Conclusion, only rent from FC if Magaluf needs to be evacuated immediately.

Achtung; Vollkasko Versicherung, mit Aufschlag, jedoch Reifen und Unterboden ausgenommen?!? Fahrzeug im schlechten Zustand bekommen, Kupplung so gut wie kaputt, ab 90km/h hat der Corsa gepfiffen, wohl einmal die Vorderture nicht sauber ausgetauscht. Kein Navi, schien uns selbstverstandlich, war wohl unser Fehler. Fazit, nur mieten bei FC wenn Magaluf sofort evakuiert werden muss.

2-day rental (May 9 and 10, 2024) Late the 2 days when we were supposed to have the car (1 hour late) we were at the O Fergus hotel, the hotel only offers this rental service, if you can avoid it, run away! Departure, signing of contract, payment (5min) we are not presented with the car and we are trusted we leave like that... its up to us to take video photos if we want we are told.... And upon arrival we have to be there at 7:00 p.m. (too short for my taste) and we manage to prove that everything is fine and that nothing has happened (photos/videos...) and we drop off the keys at the hotel and thats it.... The person at the reception of the agency doesnt even speak English!! And openly makes fun of us in Spanish with his colleague, thinking that we dont understand... 1 hour late in giving us a car AND NO COMPENSATION is given to us!! In short.... I dont recommend it at all!!!!!!
