Never had a car rent zo relax and easy. I come here now for 3 years and perfect service every time.
Really great service. Made a last minute booking to hire a car after finding out how bad the taxi service is in Calpe. Got upgraded to a bigger better car. Lovely friendly staff and very helpful. Will definitely use again.
They are not professionals, they say they will deliver the car to you and then they don't have enough cars and they tell you that you have to go look for the car in Calpe, they are scammers, we will not hire them again.
Even though they claim it's open until 22:00 everyday, when you arrive there they say it's closed, but when you ask to rent a car anyway they say you need to pay EUR 45 for the time of pick up and additional EUR 45 for drop off. Why? Because it's closed, though technically it's open. Rubbish.

We used viva car hire recently in altea near Benidorm and calpe great service delivered to villa Got a Whats ap tex as I was landing to confirm and delivered on time to my villa Much cheaper for us as we got a transfer from airport and hired a smaller car as we didn't need space for luggage! Cut cost by half! Had a small fault with car sent a text got an immediate reply and car was exchanged straight away Will definitely use again
Juan picked us up from our villa within an hour of our arrival and took us to his office to complete paperwork. He was very welcoming and after completing the paperwork, he gave us a full explanation of the car controls. He had picked out the ideal size of car to suit our requirements. The car was clean and comfortable and served us well. I would totally recommend Viva Cars and if we are fortunate enough to have a return visit to Calpe, we would 100% hire from Viva Cars again. Juan answered all my emails very promptly and was more than willing to answer any queries we had. Thank you, Gracias Juan.
One of the best car rentals in the area! Great customer service and affordable prices. They actually bring the car to your hotel. I was very impressed. Looking forward to renting from them again on my next vacation. Highly recommended!!!
