The company unreasonably charges excessive fuel costs. I rented a Fiat Tipo, the tank capacity is 50 liters. When I returned the car, the fuel gauge showed almost 50% of the tank. The company returned the money for only 12 liters of fuel, that is, for 24% of the fuel. Draw your own conclusions. In my opinion, this is a real scam. In response to a claim, they rudely replied that my claims did not concern them.
Flawless customer service. Great prices. Great cars. Excellent communication. Easy to use service - from dropping off our rental to us, to the easiest return process. They also provide shuttle service to the aiport. Thank you to David and the whole team!!
Hired a opel grand land x was brand new . I messed up my order but they were excellent at sorting it out and quick to get a car out to me. Very very good and would highly recommend

In all of the years that I needed to rent a car (I'm 78) I've never had such a positive experience as I had with Victoria Auto Rental in Calpe, Spain. The people are friendly and very helpful. They don't try to upsell you anything, they offered a emergency towing service at a low price which I thought was necessary (not an upsell but a suggestion). I had a problem. I left my rental keys in London. They were incredibly understanding and did not take advantage of me in any way! I once a needed a long term rental, they gave me a special rate. On and on. The best. Special thanks to Lorana and Adrian.
Victoria Cars were excellent from start to finish. Their prices were very good and the staff at the Calp office were friendly and helpful. We were in and out within minutes at both collection and return and they offered to drive us back to our hotel after returning the car. Highly recommended.
The service level was excellent. The staff were outstanding throughout the booking, collection and pick up service. The car was as expected and at an affordable price. Extending the rental was easy and Victoria Cars are a very well organised company who I would highly recommend.
