We hired an Opel Corsa from Neptuno hires in Alicante October 2024. After arriving the the car parking, we waited for about 10 min for the contact to arrive, but then it went very fast and in extra 5 minutes we received a clean car and with full tank, ready to set off. The car worked without any trouble during our 1 week stay in Spain. Delivery of the car back was without any interactions. We were not once bothered with any additional insurance. If one thing could be improved - I would ask for a wind shied wipers liquid to be filled.

Great car company. Met on level 4 A in public car park. Lovely 2022 Corsa only 6500kms in it . All insurance included and fuel return same as when started. I would use again as it great to get away from dishonest multinationals groups. Keep it locals Good communication via What's app.

Here is my experience report about Neptuno Hires. Lets start with this... Two years ago everything was great, no problems, everything was great. This year... First of all, we made a reservation for 4 scooters 1 year (thats right, you read that right). At the beginning we wanted a deposit of 800 ... in the end it was 100. When we were there in September, we had probably been forgotten and they were able to give us 4 outdated scooters with a bang. Luckily, as always, we took pictures of all the scooters, more on that later. The service lights on two scooters were on, but we shouldnt worry. So far so good. After a great vacation for 3 weeks, the day came when we had to give the scooters back. To our shame, we all had a ticket for parking incorrectly . We were told that wouldnt be a problem, we dont have to pay the whole fine but only half.. Cool, we thought.. And then on top of that, 25 per ticket for the service .. Yes, no, its clear.. Then this Just paid for it. Now it was time to pick up the scooters. And as we thought, he goes straight to the oldest scooter and starts looking. But since we had pictures, we were able to quickly clarify that everything was like that before. We still had to have our IDs copied and everything was done. The next day at the airport our friends noticed that the ID wasnt there... Shit... Where is it... Panic... It quickly became clear... Neptuno Hires. Thank God our friends were allowed on the plane with their driving licenses. When we got home, Neptuno had already contacted us. And what happened now is the very last thing . When asked if they would be so kind as to send the ID document to Germany by express, the first thing that came up was that we could pick it up from them. The answer was that we were already back in Germany and whether we could send it there Answer.. No. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would do that. First trying to make money for us with old scooters and then not helping customers who have left 1600 there is simply anti-social. Luckily we still have our housekeeper Louis who I cant thank enough. Youll never see us there again, there are better places where you can rent decent scooters

Hier mein Erfahrungsbericht uber Neptuno Hires. Fangen wir damit an.. Vor zwei Jahren war alles super, keine Probleme, alles top. Dieses Jahr.. Zuerst einmal haben wir 1 Jahr (genau, ihr lest richtig) eine Reservierung fur 4 Roller gemacht. Am Anfang wollte man von uns 800 Anzahlung .. am Ende waren es dann 100 . Als wir nun im September dort waren, waren wir wohl in Vergessenheit geraten und man konnte uns mit ach und krach noch 4, in die Jahre geratene, Roller uberlassen. Zum Gluck haben wir, wie immer, Bilder von allen Rollern gemacht, dazu spater mehr. An zwei Rollern leuchteten die Serviceleuchten, wir sollten uns aber keine Sorgen machen. So weit, so gut. Nach einem tollen Urlaub fur 3 Wochen kam der Tag wo wir die Roller wieder abgeben mussten. Zu unser Schande hatten wir alle ein Ticket fur falsch Parken . Man sagte uns das ware kein Problem, wir mussen auch nicht die ganze Strafe zahlen sondern nur die Halfte.. Cool dachten wir.. Und dann dazu noch 25 pro Ticket fur den Service .. Ja nee is klar.. Dann das eben auch bezahlt.. Nun ging es zur Abnahme der Roller.. Und wie wir es uns gedacht haben geht er direkt zum altesten Roller und fangt an zu suchen. Da wir aber Bilder hatten, haben wir ganz schnell klaren konnen das alles vorher schon so war. Wir mussten noch unsere Ausweise kopieren lassen und alles war erledigt. Am nachsten Tag am Flughafen ist unseren Freunden aufgefallen das der Ausweis nicht da war.. Scheisse.. Wo ist der.. Panik.. Schnell war klar.. Neptuno Hires. Gott sei Dank hat man unsere Freunde auch mit dem Fuhrerschein in den Flieger gelassen. Als wir zu Hause angekommen sind hatte sich Neptuno dann auch schon gemeldet. Und was jetzt passiert ist, ist das allerletzte . Auf die Frage ob sie so nett waren und das Ausweis Dokument per Express nach Deutschland zu schicken kam erst einmal das wir es ja bei ihnen abholen konnen, auf die Antwort das wir schon wieder zuruck in Deutschland sind und ob man es dorthin schicken kann kam als Antwort.. Nein. Wenn es gehen wurde 0 Sterne zu vergeben wurde ich das tun. Zuerst versuchen mit alten Rollern an uns Geld zu verdienen und dann Kunden, die 1600 dort gelassen haben nicht zu helfen ist schlicht und ergreifend Asozial. Zum Gluck haben wir noch unseren Housekeeper Louis dem ich nicht genug danken kann. Uns sieht man dort nie wieder, es gibt bessere Stellen wo man sich, vernunftige, Roller leihen kann

Dont rent. Embarrassing experience. I recently rented a van with NeptunoHires and my experience was disappointing. They charged me an improper and unjustified amount, without providing any clear explanation. The conditions of the contract are abusive, with hidden clauses that only favor the company. They block money when, according to their conditions, if you contract SCDW Premium insurance it is exempt. Additionally, customer service was non-existent; They did not show professionalism or willingness to solve the problem, showing an arrogant and arrogant attitude.
