I hired an Audi A1 for two days so we could visit a local attraction and take a trip up to Mount Teide. We were given a great price as originally we had been quoted for a Skoda or Hyundai but none were available. From walking in to driving off took no more than 15 minutes, no hard sell for extra insurance etc, we didn't even have to give our credit card details. My only small wish was that the car had had Apple Car Play or a mobile phone holder. Very satisfied nonetheless.
Renting a car on holiday is stressful with rental companies bumping charges for damages, adding on insurance or if not you face thousands in damaged. Pouls was the opposite, all inclusive, turn up, get car (basically brand new condition), take it away, enjoy, chuck keys back and walk off. So so easy. And very reasonably priced, may appear more expensive than others but it's due to the full coverage insurance which others add at the end of the quote so pouls works out cheaper. Will use again next year! Also a patrol station 2 mins away to refill on return!
Perfect car rental! On sunday morning we rented Wolkswagen Up for 3 days for 90 EUR include full insurance, child seat and phone holder, what a price . Paperworks was done in 15 minutes. Before returning day I forgot parking lights on and the folowing morning the battery was dead. We were parking few kilometers from Pouls Auto, made a call and in 10 minutes mechanic arrived with wires and spare battery, just awesome services. Thanks for everything, this was best and friendliest car rental I ever visited.
We booked super spontaneously a car for a day. The owner was friendly, hat several cars available and was flexible about the rental time. The car was freshly cleaned and nice to drive. We were happy about the payment information: you get one price and have everything included. No extra costs afterwards. Really good experience, we highly recommend this place.
It was very friendly and true service. We rented smallest car Huinday I10 but equipped with cruise control and auto-driver which made our driving easy and safe. Rent's price was extremely comfortable. Thank you, Jan!
We rented a Volkswagen Taigo for 3 days at a price of 180 euros with full coverage, which we found to be a really good deal. Other places nearby charge around 200-250 euros for the same type of car, and without full coverage. It was incredibly easy and straightforward to rent the car. Personally, I didn't need it, but I would recommend Poul's Auto to provide customers with information on who to contact in case of any issues. Additionally, they could share some insights on driving in Tenerife or inquire if customers would like a brief overview of the car. We will definitely use Poul's Auto again.
Very good competitive prices which include insurance and no excess. The cars are modern and reliable too. We hired an i20n for 6 days which we took from top to bottom of the island without issue. Thank you!
