Malisima experiencia, empresa poco seria, al momento de requerir el deposito del vehiculo pasados 20 dias habiles,le ponen a uno mucha traba, que uno cosa que la otra. Se rento el vehiculo el primero de octubre y a hoy 8 de noviembre no responden, me pidieron cuenta de Bancolombia o nequi ayer que para hacer el envio del deposito hoy y nada, se les escribe y dejan en visto o no responden, falta de seriedad, no tienen en cuenta que algunas veces los usuarios o en mi caso el dinero del deposito salio de una tarjeta de credito la cual toca volver a dejar al dia con ese dinero del deposito sin contar que por la demora de ellos la tarjeta cobre intereses de mora pues no se ha pagado ya que no me han devuelto la plata. Si se quieren evitar dolores de cabeza no renten con ellos, yo seguire peleando por el reintegro de mi dinero.

I rented two vehicles from AF autos, it was a long term rental for a period of 6 months. Customer service was excellent. Mr. Francisco and his staff were very professional and helpful. I am a foreigner in Colombia and barely speak Spanish well, but they made the rental process very easy for me and explained things to me in a way I could understand. They also have very competitive car rental rates and I was happy to take advantage of them. I would highly recommend this company as a solution for your car rental if you are in Cali. Excellent service.

We had read the bad comments they have, yet my daughter rented the vehicle at that place 2 months ago, since we picked up the vehicle the delivery was traumatic and disorganized, they do not have a systematized service, which is normal, not very cordial in their attention. During the 3 days the vehicle was not in the best condition, it sounded like there was little maintenance, you can see that they do it. When we returned it, they wanted to charge us for damages that the vehicle already had, they are rude, they dont know about customer service, and the money back was 48 days. In Cali there are many serious platforms with good service, I do not recommend them, they may have a bad time or pay damages, ask for a copy of the contract and make videos from the engine to have proof. But I do not recommend this site, I hope they can improve internally.

Durante los 3 dias el vehiculo no estaba en el mejor estado le sonaba todo poco mantenimiento se ve que les hacen,Al devolverlo nos querian cobrar danos que el vehiculo ya tenia, son groseros no saben de atencion al cliente, y la devolucion del dinero 48 dias. En Cali hay muchas plataformas serias y de buena atencion no lo recomiendo pueden pasar un mal rato o pagar danos pedir copia de contrato y realizar videos desde el motor para tener pruebas. Pero no recomiendo este sitio ojala puedan mejorar internamente.
