Son estafadores se quedan con el deposito argumentando que el vehiculo lo ha danado el arrendatario. Y no contestan los telefonos ni WhatsApp

Pesima experiencia, alquilamos un carro para hoy y nos llaman sobre la hora a decir que no lo tienen. No recomiendo esta empresa. No alquilen con ellos.

100% Irresponsables: reserve un carro por telefono con mas de 2 semanas de anticipacion. Al enviar foto de mis documentos por Whatsapp no me respondian, llame y me dijeron que el carro que me iban a alquilar estaba en el taller porque lo estaban pintando pero que me aseguraban un carro un poco mas costoso en caso de que el inicial no estuviera listo a tiempo. El dia antes de mi viaje llame a super confirmar y Javier me respondio que ningun carro estaba disponible. Cuando le dije que que habia pasado, que teniamos una reservacion desde hacia semanas, me dijo que no me preocupara, que iba a llamar a otro companero que alquilaba carros y nunca mas me devolvio la llamada ni los mensajes. Casi pierdo mi viaje debido a su irresponsabilidad, que falta de respeto con el cliente. Hacer negocios con ellos debe ser catastrofico.
