We hebben een auto gehuurd, ze kwam 2 uur te laat. Ze beschuldigde iedereen van dat ze te laat was. De gemaakte afspraken, dat TUI het verkeerd had gedaan. Dat is allemaal niet waar, ze had het correct op het formulier staan maar probeert je af te troggelen. haar naam is mylene. Je moest 500 euro betalen voor de verzekering. We hebben niet alles terug gekregen qua geld. Oplichters puur sang, je krijgt een grote mond. Ze komen eerder dan afgesproken de auto ophalen en ze blijven je stalken. We rented a car, she arrived 2 hours late. She accused everyone of her being late. The agreements made that TUI had done it wrong. That's all untrue, she had it stated correctly on the form but is trying to rip you off. her name is mylene. You had to pay 500 euros for the insurance. We did not get everything back in terms of money. Scammers through and through, you get a big mouth. They come to pick up the car earlier than agreed and they continue to stalk you. They are liars and scammers
Very , very bad service. I booked the most expensive car and made a mistake with the timeslot. I booked in the evening and asked them to change to the morning. Any car was fine, i only asked to change the time. Not the same car.. They could not change it, so we would lose our money. Very, very inflexible and customer unfriendly. I had to call head office and headoffice said I had to call local office. They had a car for the morning but did not want to change it.
Hired a car for two days whilst visiting. Really helpful staff and good choice of vehicles. Competitively priced too.
Vor 2 Tagen gebucht und heute uber 30 Minuten gewartet vor dem Buro keiner kam. Hotline ging nach 2 mal auch nicht mehr dran und meinte der Kollege kommt. Zum Gluck Geld erstattet gekriegt per Paypal. Garnicht zu empfehlen paar Meter weiter gibt es einen anderen saubere schnelle Abwicklung.
Booked 2 days ago and waited over 30 minutes in front of the office today and no one came. The hotline stopped answering after two calls and said the colleague was coming. Luckily I got my money refunded via Paypal. Not recommended at all. A few meters away there is another clean, quick service.
Collected car which had paid for online (-10%), paid for the premium insurance which is worth it as the roads can be rough when visiting beaches etc so we wanted peace of mind. They told us to leave our car at our hotel at the end of rental which was useful. We were a little worried about this so took loads of photos and videos of before and after including of fuel gage. 4 star rather than 5 as grumpy customer service.
Uber einen Monat im voraus von zuhause Fahrzeug gebucht, Preis war gut fur ein VW Cabriolet 230EUR fur zwei Tage. 10Min vor Ladenoffnung vor Ort, das Auto sei noch nicht hier und muss zuerst vom Flughafen geholt werden. Sehr enttauschend, die wartezeit betrug dann 45minuten. Danach musste es noch geputzt werden,nochmals 15minuten! Gab kein Rabatt oder so... immerhin eine entschuldigung... das Fahrzeug war bis auf ein par Kratzer io. Hatte aber auch erst 2000km. Innen war es nicht so sauber, alles verschmiert... Navi hatte es nicht obschon mundlich gesagt wurde es sei vorhanden,habe es aber auch nicht gebucht... zuruck gegeben haben wir es dann in playa den bossa, dort hat alles geklappt. Wurde trotzdem wieder dort mieten,hatten wohl einfach pech mit drm abholen...
Booked the vehicle from home more than a month in advance, the price was good for a VW convertible EUR230 for two days. 10 minutes before the store opened, the car wasn't here yet and had to be picked up from the airport first. Very disappointing, the waiting time was 45 minutes. Then it had to be cleaned, another 15 minutes! There was no discount or anything... at least an apology... the vehicle was fine except for a few scratches. But it only had 2000km. It wasn't that clean inside, everything was smeared... The navigation system didn't have it, although I was told verbally that it was available, but I didn't book it either... We then gave it back to playa den bossa, everything worked fine there. Would still rent there again, probably just had bad luck with picking up drm...
Ganz schlechter Service. 2 Tage vorher hatten wir die mundliche Zusage ein Auto zu bekommen. Mittwochs um 10 Uhr standen wir uber 30 Minuten vor verschlossener Tur. Mit uns noch einige andere Leute. Unglaublich und Nicht zu empfehlen. Sind ohne Auto dann wieder nach Hause.
Very bad service. 2 days beforehand we had a verbal promise to get a car. On Wednesday at 10 a.m. we stood in front of the locked door for over 30 minutes. There are a few other people with us. Unbelievable and not recommended. Then we went home without a car.
Don't speak great English, but nice car hired. Book in advance here though and save a fortune in holiday car rental.
