AVOID AVOID AVOID. Hired a 'premium' car via as hotel spot although the rep arrived 30mins late she was very helpful. Hired the car for one day with a 3000EUR deposit - car was collected next day with no issues. Have sent 5 emails asking for an update to be refunded, absolutely no reply. Customer service women said 'we will reply when we're ready '' Disgraceful service, feels like a scam! AVOID class clowns

The lady that helped us rent a car in the Marble Stella Maris hotel used our card so many times to get the payment through for the car rental, she got the card blocked entirely, so we couldn't use it again during our vacation or back home which was extremely inconvenient. She also said it was our fault when it clearly wasn't; we used the card a few minutes prior with no problems. She also gave us the wrong information on what fuel to put in the car which caused us a lot of trouble! We couldn't reach them when we found out at the gas station with a whole queue of people waiting behind us. Please consider going to a cheaper competitor before dealing with this rude and unprofessional company that relies entirely on their position within the hotel. The car was also dirty.

I had left the keys in the reception and They took the car 2 hours before my time and charged double the petrol i used, very bad company, dont deal with them, tried to call them and they just keep on saying talk with this talk with that no solution whatever,

Would not even give one star if possible. Only rented from Class as was affiliated to hotel, biggest mistake ever. One month after renting, they took a 50e additional charge without any form of notification. Phone calls to find out what the charge was were unanswered, tried a different location and was told to e-mail. Response was just that it was a 'management' charge because of a traffic offense, to which we are not aware of, nor have any detail, nor have we received any official notification from an authority. The excuse for the 50e charge was a 'management' fee for providing an authority with our postal address. Still no sign of the apparently 'official' traffic offense information. Beware providing them with your payment details, who knows what charges they take without informing customers or do with your personal data.

Awful company. Took additional 30 euros from my credit card after I returned to UK. Awful service when I telephoned to discuss why. Life is too short to spend chasing but be warned. DO NOT USE !!

No emergency cover, left me and my family in the middle of nowhere after the car key broke after one journey. They also charged us for it even though we had full waiver cover. Awful service, DO NOT USE.

Without a doubt THE WORST car rental company I've ever dealt with, and believe me, I've used plenty. Absolutely no customer service, will literally not lift a finger to resolve an issue, do not issue refunds even if a booking is cancelled well before and hold on to deposits with no explanation. Absolute jobsworths! Approach with caution!

We got a great little Fiat Panda at a reasonable price and the girl behind the counter was so so helpful. She highlighted some possible routes to see the island and some great views.
